Horacio, thank you so much for your hospitality! Your apartment is great and very well located, when I return if it is available I will stay here again.

We stayed five days in Carmen's loft, very comfortable, everything very clean, very comfortable bed, everything was very fragrant. The shower was a delight, very strong and hot. The location is close to the market, pharmacy, but it is at least 20 minutes by car from the most talked about restaurants and the Costanera mall. It was a very pleasant week, we loved it.

Simply sensational! Américo is super helpful, the building staff as well as the doorman are very friendly, helpful! They served us very well! The apartment is excellent, clean, organized! The view then is not even mentioned! Very close to the subway, cafes, restaurants! We walked for a short time and we were already in Costanera! Excellent accommodation!

The apartment is very nice. The listing's photos correspond to reality. All items in the apartment are of good quality: bed, towels, equipment, bed linen. Access to the place is good, safe and in the surroundings there are many options of shops, restaurants and markets

Our stay was great. Cristián was very kind to move up our check-in time because of our son. The location of the apartment is wonderful, close to good restaurants and close to the center that you can walk easily.

Excellent apartment, it has everything you need, I felt at home. Close to Hernando de Magallanes subway station, line 01, convenience stores and supermarkets. All very clean and organized. Irene was always very kind and attentive. I highly recommend it!

The hostess is considerate and polite. When entering into apartment, I find heater was already turned on in a cold night. Everything was arranged nicely in the room.

It's our second stay in Michael's apartment and we love the place, right on the beach, the view is beautiful, the apartment is very well equipped and clean, it has the amenities that you find at home. Michael is always very attentive and kind, we really enjoyed being there again!

We recommend this place! Mabel and Carina are very kind, the apartments are dreamy, decorated with the smallest detail, you can tell that there is love in that place, they thought of everything! The kitchen is very well equipped, it has everything you need, it has laundry detergent, shampoo, soap... etc The decoration of the place is very nice, the details, very cozy! very good location, you can walk, there are many restaurants, parks, close to everything! 100% recommended, we would return to this wonderful place :) definitely a nice experience in this place :)

The apartment was in good condition, the views were the best, the main bed was very comfortable, although it is not suitable for smokers, there was a smell of tobacco that was noticeable in the apartment, it did not seem like a single guest who did not comply with the policies

Great apartment in the heart of Lastarria. So much to do and also very close to public transportation that'll get you anywhere else you want to go in the city. Highly recommend!

Excellent condominium and facilities. Very comfortable restaurant with good food. The complex has monitors to take care of the children, which is appreciated (this was a tremendous plus). The installation of the Playa Blanca complex is 10 out of 10. As an improvement, I recommend taking GREAT care of the apartment's ventilation to prevent the smell of moisture that accumulates.

Great location, great surroundings, excellent view. Very well equipped. Easy to get around with a car. Comes with parking spot right away and very easy to check-in. Very very spacious.
