Apartment holiday rentals in Valparaíso

The studio is very well located, very close to the hotels, restaurants, ticket boot and rentals. It is at the building's ground level which for me is great because Valle Nevado is at 3000 m of altitude and you do not have to go up stairs or elevators. The drawback is that it does not have mountain view, but for me it is irrelevant. The building has a storage for skiing gear and boots. On a separate note, I would recommend buying some supplies in Santiago before going up to the ski center, since the mini market at the base is very expensive and its product offering is very very limited (mainly junk food).

Adoramos a estadia. A Veronica sempre foi muito prestativa e nos respondia rapidamente. O ponto forte do apartamento é a localização, a apenas duas quadras do metrô que passa nas principais linhas. Se você é como eu, que valorizo cama e banho, esse não tem erro. Ela também nos recebeu com vinho, chocolatinhos e um cartão BIP do metrô, que ajuda muito na locomoção. O apartamento tem uma vista linda para as cordilheiras. Os porteiros muito simpáticos e prestativos.

Excelente apartamento, possui tudo que precisa, me senti em casa. Próximo a estação Hernando de Magallanes linha 01 do metrô, a conveniências e supermercados. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. A Irene foi sempre muito gentil e atenciosa. Super recomendo!

Christoff is a fabulous host, proactive and responsive. The beds and linen were really nice. We loved the apartment and felt the neighbourhood was safe and had everything you need close by. It is within a 15 minute walk of the funicular which offers a great view of the city backed by the Andes. Highly recommended!

Tudo perfeito! Espaço muito aconchegante, cozinha bem equipada, cama muito confortável, tudo bem limpo. Localização perto do centro, conseguimos conhecer vários pontos da cidade a pé. Os anfitriões foram muito gentis e atenciosos. Indico e voltaria outra vez!

Appartamento veramente grande e conforme alla descrizione. Situato in una zona molto trafficata vicino alla stazione della metro. Posto molto sicuro e host molto reattivo. Siamo stati benissimo

Maria foi muito prestativa e atenciosa. O apartamento é excelente, bem equipado, teve tudo o que precisamos durante a nossa estadia. O bairro é excelente, o terraço do prédio por si só já tem uma vista espetacular. Maria nos deu recomendações ótimas. Muito bom.

First of all, Raquel is a very kind person. She greeted us at the airport and gave us a ride as well when we left. The cabaña was one of cleanest airbnb we ever stayed in and a very cozy one equipped with everything you need. There you can also find cars to rent at a better price than on the island. Highly recommend hiring a car at least for a day to have a ride around the island. The island is beautiful but what makes it even more special is people like Raquel. I cannot recommend this place enough. Muchas gracias por su hospitalidad, Raquel.

lugar super bem localizado, funcional , muitos lugar pra se conhecer próximo e a pé, muitos bares, restaurantes, supermercado e pontos turísticos ao seu redor. metro bem próximo tbm! se retornar um dia, já tenho um lugar pra ficar novamente!

5 star ⭐️ review for 5 star ⭐️ property!! I stayed here for 9 days and can’t say enough positive things about the area, my apartment and the communication and help from the property managers. I felt right at home and safe, being a solo female traveler that is important!! Easy to walk everywhere and great restaurants all around you:) Comfortable beds and pillows are an added plus ! The hostess is considerate and polite. When entering into apartment, I find heater was already turned on in a cold night. Everything was arranged nicely in the room.

Simplesmente sensacional! Américo super prestativo, o pessoal do prédio tbm como porteiro muito simpáticos, prestativos! Nós atenderam super bem! O apartamento excelente, limpo, organizado! A vista então nem se fala! Bem próximo a metro, cafés, restaurantes! Caminhamos por pouco tempo e já estávamos no Costanera! Excelente acomodação!

O espaço é ideal para duas pessoas e entrega exatamente o que promete. A cama é bem macia, perfeita para quem gosta de colchão mais fofinho. A varanda é um dos grandes destaques: tem uma vista linda e é um lugar delicioso para relaxar. Mesmo estando perto de vários bares e bem próximo ao Pátio Bela Vista, o apartamento é surpreendentemente silencioso, o que garantiu ótimas noites de sono. A localização é excelente e o bairro transmite muita segurança. O prédio conta com porteiros extremamente educados e solícitos, que nos ajudaram com tudo o que precisamos. Há uma lavanderia com lava e seca (paga à parte), o que foi super útil na nossa estadia. A cozinha tem o básico necessário para se virar bem no dia a dia.

Tivemos uma excelente estadia de duas noites em Santiago! O apartamento é exatamente como descrito no anúncio – limpo, confortável e muito bem localizado. A Sarah foi extremamente atenciosa desde o início, sempre disponível para tirar dúvidas e garantir que tudo estivesse perfeito. Toda a experiência superou nossas expectativas. Recomendamos muito e certamente voltaríamos!

Lean’s place was so comfortable and beautifully decorated and he was a fantastic host! The views from the balcony are incredible and it’s super walkable to a lot of the main attractions in Valpo! A lot of past guests commented on the neighborhood being kind of rough, which I admit, it seems on the surface, but I also found it’s a neighborhood with friendly shop owners, and where the operator of the ascensor asks the local riders about their families and knows the details of their lives. For those of us who grew up in or have fallen in love with neighborhoods that are slightly rough around the edges, it feels very welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in town and I highly recommend checking out Lean’s ceramics studio if you get a chance. He’s an excellent artist on top of being a wonderful host!

Hermoso lugar muy cómodo y limpio. Todo super ordenado y la anfitriona siempre en constante comunicación con nosotros. Súper recomendable.

Excelente condominio e instalaciones. Restaurant muy cómodo y con buena comida. En el complejo cuentan con monitoras para cuidar a los niños lo cual se agradece (esto fue un tremendo plus). La instalación del complejo playa blanca 10 de 10. Como mejora, recomiendo cuidar MUCHO la ventilación del dpto para prevenir el olor a humedad que se acumula.
