The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

We’re fans of Ivana and her place. Can’t wait to return!

The apartment is very traditional in an old stone house, located in the beautiful Verzasca Valley. The location is the ideal vantage point to explore the valley with its beautiful nature, but also Locarno and Ascona. Please note: the place is on a reservoir, you can't swim there! There are also no supermarkets, bakeries, etc. in the valley, so it is best to do your shopping in advance. The apartment itself is very clean, the kitchen fully equipped, the location very quiet. We were there as a family with 2 children and felt very comfortable. (There are steep stairs in the house, not suitable for very small children). Overall highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely amazing and made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location was perfect, just a short, easy drive into central Menaggio. Riccardo was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Spectacular scenery and beautifully designed property

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

The cottage is really so hidden in the countryside behind a huge fir, walnut and much more, that we could absolutely enjoy being alone. Unfortunately, the weather was a bit moody, but even that was perfect, so we could once again sleep super well and long... until the morning birdsong. Simply wonderful - PURE NATURE! I recommend this apartment loft! It has beautiful views of Lake Como from the small village of Perledo which is in the mountains above Varenna. The apartment was very clean and spacious for 2 people with lots of amenities. We used the spa and heated pool which was nice. Signing up for a time slot wasn’t a problem as there was lots of availability. I recommend renting a car to drive around unless you wait for the bus and ferry schedules. There isn’t anything within walking distance so have a means of transportation to get to Varenna (10 minutes down the mountain). We had the best time and Andrea was very helpful and informative. If we had any questions we got a quick response. 10/10 recommend!!

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

Alessandra was absolutely amazing, not only while we were there, but leading up to our stay. It felt like we made a friend in Italy. She was friendly, communicative, and helpful! The airline lost our bags and she kept checking in to see if we had an update. She truly went above and beyond! The Airbnb was so clean and welcoming! Right across the street from Lake Como! Beautiful area! Would recommend to anyone!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location right by the Rigi Cog station made it easy to get up and down the mountain. The wood-fired hot tub made for a perfect spot to soak up the view each evening. Our hosts provided wonderful information prior-to and during our stay. Highly recommend!

We spent an extended weekend in the panoramic sound and were absolutely delighted. The accommodation is beautifully and modernly designed, with beautiful living room in the old stable and with spacious terrace that can be transformed into a conservatory (with radiant heater). The area invites you to hike. We will be happy to come back!

The location is perfect for hiking and exploring beautiful Piuro, and the garden is the most incredible place to unwind after a day of adventure. This region was what I expected: authentic, touristy but not too much, beautiful nature, numerous excursions, etc.

Beautiful house, interesting and well selected decor and a stunning panorama.

The apartment is very functional and naturally furnished. Everything is available in the kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom and for communication. There is much to discover in the area and despite the narrow valley location, the sun shines on the forecourt and the building throughout the day and at times in the windows. Despite the high temperatures outside, the house remains pleasantly temperate - so it is very well insulated. Highly recommended!

Antonietta's home was morevthan beautiful. She is a kind host and you can tell that she takes pride in it, from the inside out. She has a beautiful yard and garden, where she can be seen regularly tending to it. This place felt very comfortable. It is a climb up the mountain to get there for those who are fit. Otherwise you will have to takevthe bus most of the way up. Antonietta personally walks it every day.

Your place is perfect! When looking out the windows we felt like it was an infinity view, gorgeous. The apartment is better than the pictures and all the nice touches - water, champagne, slippers, snacks were unexpected and so nice! We also loved the speaker and having blackout curtains. I’d highly recommend this apartment for any friends and hope to come back!
