It was as coming home. Very lovely owners, Iva and Vlado. They welcomed my toddler and me with open arms. Very clean little house, but you don't have that feeling because of the high ceilings. Im The house is actually a studio, just 1 big room (bathroom separately). Perfect for a couple! In the environment of 14 minutes a lot of beaches. Great tip : beach bar Uvala in banjole. Amazing view!

Our stay was more than good, it was super! One of the best places we've been. Dorijana is friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, we immediately felt at home. The house is great, everything is correct, no complaints. The garden where you can sit in front and behind always has sun or shade, just what you want. On one side of the house, you can see the sun rise and look out over fields where birds are busy, on the other side you sit or lie between the olive trees and see the sun set. What a great experience! And then that peace, really fantastic. There is an airport nearby where an aircraft lands or departs from time to time, but you will not be bothered by it. We have beautiful memories of this special place.

Everything was super nice! We had a great, very relaxing holiday! The welcome and also the farewell were very warm. The accommodation was sparkling clean and tastefully furnished, with everything you need. Absolute privacy in the middle of an olive grove and well located for excursions to the coast, to Pula, Rovenji, Medulin, etc. Supermarkets and restaurants are also very close. (Tip from us: Steak restaurant Šantamarina Premansturska Cesta 157, Pula – 5 minutes by car). The heated pool and the beautiful covered terrace were simply great. Dino came by to clean the pool after prior registration. The communication was excellent, Dino and his wife were very helpful and always responded very quickly. We would come back anytime and recommend the accommodation without reservation!!! Thank you again, dear Dino - also to your wife, for this wonderful stay :-)

Sonja's apartment is a very lovingly restored, small townhouse in the middle of the old center of Medulin. The absolute highlights for me were the open and at the same time cozy architecture (it is a room from the floor to under the roof - for this three ceilings were removed), the harmonious design of the entire accommodation and the private, small city garden. In this there is an outdoor kitchen with sink and charcoal grill and under the pergola you can sit wonderfully and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. Sonja is a very warm hostess and quickly helped us with every question.

Everything was perfect. Very silent and clean appartment. Very nice welcome and always good and warm support by Oliver. We definitly recommend this nice place.
