It is also a historic site of Nezaccia that is worth a visit and offers you a perfect vacation.

Villa Dunja is located in a quiet location with a private pool near Pula. This beautiful accommodation can accommodate up to 8 people and is 10 km from the sea. You can walk to the restaurant, market and cafe bar. The villa covers more than 500m2 of the yard and 130m2 of the house. In the private garden there is a swimming pool with an outdoor shower, a barbecue with garden furniture and an outdoor table. The whole house is air-conditioned and has a free Wi-Fi connection.

Our traditional istrian stone house is renovated 2020. In front of the house you will find a large covered terrace wich is ideal for relaxing and preparing grilled meals. You can enjoy the natural shade under the hundert years old tree that dominates the courtyard and find refreshment in the pool during warmer summer days, and in the heated pool outside the warm season. Villa Sarita, Istrian paradise near the sea

Villa Sarita is designed and built (2008-2010), with natural materials, brick, natural white stone, oak and Terracota of Istria, which were processed in a classical way. The villa covers an area of 350 m2 of living space (interior of 200m2, 150m2 terrace) and 2,000 m2 of space in the yard where is a little forest of oaks. Ground floor flat is functionally designed with all the necessary space for 8-10 people.

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants. Until last season, we rented out a smaller part of the house, while since this season in 2024, our accommodation has been renovated and expanded to be larger and more comfortable. Free WiFi

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
