The apartment is located very centrally in a separate courtyard house and consists of 1 room, kitchen and shower/toilet distributed over 43 sqm. In the bedroom, there is a separable double bed, wardrobe, sofa group with TV. In the kitchen, there is a sink, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and other equipment. A bed is in the kitchen. In addition, there are two foldable tourist beds and a travel bed for small children. Freezer is in a storage room next door.

In the middle of nature but only 20 minutes from Gothenburg, you will find this idyll. Here you can stay comfortably in a newly built guest house with fireplace, wood-fired sauna and hot tub. Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. We welcome you to the farm Stockeryd, which is beautifully located surrounded by fields and noble deciduous forest. From the house, you can see the beautiful view of the lake. Göta Canal runs through both communities where there are also cafés, grocery stores, restaurants, swimming areas and museums In the pictures, you can also see the nice Sjötorp, which is 10 minutes away by bike. A perfect cabin for hunters, outdoor enthusiasts or for those who are on the road. There are also bicycles for rent.
