Do you want to come to the peace and quiet of nature? A rural idyll of about 90 sqm, detached property with kitchen, bathroom, living room, three bedrooms and conservatory and balcony. There is a possibility to rent a hot tub for an additional cost. On the farm, we also run a restaurant with various events during the summer. Private small cottage of 52 m2 + 25 m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for yourself with the host in their own house on the property. Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

Fantastic mill with history from the 16th century. In the kitchen there is dishwasher induction hob, oven and microwave, fridge/freezer. In the small TV room there is a smart TV. Upstairs there was a carpenter's workshop which is now a modern TV room with wifi, amplifier,Chromecast, speaker system and projector. Shower is in the basement. The balcony facing the sheep garden has garden furniture and spa bath. Wood stove in the kitchen. Sauna available.
