The kitchen has coffee, tea, microwave, fridge, induction stove, hot air fryer and washing machine. Next to the kitchen there is a bathroom with a shower, wc and storage. Electric car charging possible at small cost.

An elegantly renovated 180 m2 accommodation with four bedrooms, three of which are double rooms and one is a single room, with comfortable quality beds for those of you who want to relax in a quiet central area close to most things. Two bathrooms and a small toilet, private parking space, large kitchen with equipment, washing machine, tumble dryer, shower, bathtub, several patios, fiber connection, digital lock, etc. Bed linens, towels, soap and shampoo as well as final cleaning are included in the price. Herrestad ligger som en grön oas mitt i en lantbruksbygd och nära Sveriges största sötvattensjö. Djurlivet är rikt, både när det gäller fågelliv och hjortdjur. Ofta kan man se både rådjur och älg i trädgården. Nu har livet ute i naturen också utökats med vildsvin. På våren blommar de vackra äppelträden och husen är omgivna av flera olika sorters vackra lövträd.

We rent out our whole villa by our farm. It is located next to the south shore of Vänern. Due to covid we only host one company. House by the lake / House by Lake Vänern

House 40 meters from lake Vänern. Completely renovated during 2018. A small boat can be used by the guest. (not during november-april due to ice) Equipped with all modern things like AC, fiber internet, etc. There is one double bed in the main bedroom. In the guest room there is 2 beds. An inflatable bed could be used if you need more beds. There is also a small guest house with a room. You can relax, take a swim or walk in the forest. It’s as relaxing during summer as during winter.

Villa Näs - modern accommodation in a rural setting

Up in the garden overlooking Näs Manor and Nässjön is Villa Näs. A modern home in a rural and scenic environment. The house, which is secluded, has a large and lovely garden with sun all day. In the meadows around the house, grazing animals walk in the summer. A few steps away is Nässjön, which offers fantastic swimming. All our guests have access to barbecue, stand-up paddle boards and bicycles! In winter, you live 5 minutes' drive from the alpine center with a total of 7 slopes!

A warm welcome to the former Jonsereds Farm boutique, located minutes from Centrum. What was once a farm shop has today been fitted out as a classic, very cozy home for 1-6 people (up to 8-10 possible but then it gets quite crowded). Kitchen and bathroom are modern. Two lovely bedrooms/lofts on the second floor and a small bedroom on the ground floor, perfect for kids or those who can’t manage stairs. The garden is large, lush and has nice social areas for e.g. barbecuing.

Stay at Färjestads B&B near arenas, nature and city.

Färjestads B&B is a Bed and Breakfast in Karlstad within walking distance of Löfbergs Arena and Färjestadstravet and approximately 3,5 km from the city centre. Free parking is avaliable in the street near to the B&B entrance. Charging for an electric car can be borrowed at cost price so you can wake up with a fully charged car. Free WiFi, large garden with many seating options, bicycles avaliable to borrow. A total of four beds and a cot are avaliable.
