Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

The outbuilding is located in the backyard of the old yellow grocery store on Vangedevej. You have to go in through the gate. There is FREE street parking. There is plenty of tranquility here, and you can use the garden to relax. It is only 200 meters to Vangede station, from where it takes about 20 minutes to reach the center of Copenhagen by S-train. If you want something local, you can go to Lyngby, where there are great shopping options.

The house is a 5-minute walk from the S-train station and a 15-minute drive from Copenhagen city center. There is forest and beach within cycling distance. My place is close to the city center and restaurants and dining. You’ll love my place because of the location and the people. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families. The house is located in a peaceful residential area on a closed road in the middle of Søborg, only 150 meters from Søborg Hovedgade. There are three different supermarkets less than 100 meters from the house, as well as plenty of local restaurants.
