The location is ideal for visiting the old town but also going to the port and accessing the islands! Maxime was very responsive and attentive to our needs. We strongly recommend!

We had a great weekend in this very pleasant apartment, directly on the beach. It carries very well its name "feet in the water", the sea view is exceptional and once in the apartment you feel like you are on a boat. From the apartment, activity on the sea is important and we witness the races of oars, sailboats, triathlon training...Everything is done on foot (shops, market, restaurants, walks along the sea to the beautiful village of Lomener). We had a great weekend at Jessica and Jean-Baptiste's. The accommodation is very good and very clean. The residence is very quiet and in a good location. Communication was done by message but our exchanges were very friendly. I'd recommend it without a second thought.

Laurence's house is ideally located. The terrace is a real joy when the sun is obviously there (but Laurence can't help it). We had a great weekend and will return with great pleasure. Laurence was very responsive to our requests beforehand, she is a host you can count on.

The place is very beautiful, quiet and soothing and the house is beautiful, practical and pleasant. We really enjoyed nature and with the bikes rented at La Trinité sur Mer it is possible to visit many interesting sites. Great location, we loved this place!!!

Excellent stay in this very nice welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very nice and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

We had a great weekend at Sophie's. The house matches the descriptions and there is everything you need. The garden is very pleasant with direct access to the GR, and the view is incredible. We would recommend this listing.

Very good accommodation, spacious and super equipped. The large living room that is a living room and kitchen is very bright and super nice. The upstairs rooms are spacious and comfortable with their terraces. The location of the accommodation near the sea is interesting for walks. Small apartment ideal for holidays, a few steps from the beach, sea view. Well furnished, clean. Bernard is responsive and pleasant. We had a great time in Sarzeau. Only downside, tired vacuum cleaner so difficult to return the apartment without any dog hair.

Short stay of 4 days but very appreciated, Small but pleasant accommodation, well equipped and decorated, you feel good right away! Calm in this season.... Convenient parking and shops nearby. We can go for a walk!! We'll be happy to go back!

It was a great place for us! Clean, well-equipped with dishes, cutlery and other kitchen utensils. Great and clean bathroom. Roller shutters on all windows, awning on the beautiful balcony and parking in front of the door. Bakery, supermarket and beach within 3 minutes' walk. Other beaches are easily accessible by car. Contact with Agathe uncomplicated and fast. We would definitely book this apartment again.

It was our 3rd stay in this beautiful apartment and it won't be the last. Very comfortable, beautifully decorated, a magnificent view, these are the undeniable assets of this accommodation. The accommodation was generally in line with our expectations. It's clean and comfortable. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful gestures (the pancakes were excellent). Very good communication with Philippe. It is a very good value for money in this geographical area.

Easy to access. Nice little terrace to admire the port. Jean Marc is welcoming and very kind. We will surely come back if the opportunity arises.
