The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

Thank Serenella for hosting us. The apartment was pristine, view was beautiful, basket was full of complimentary items. Anyone that needs some time to collect themselves and be away from civilizition and think things through, this is the spot! Thanks again .

The accommodation is beautiful - the fantastic view the absolute highlight. The premises are super divided & the house is very charming. Would book again immediately! Only the parking situation is a bit difficult. It's not easy to find a parking spot.

Had a great stay at Olga's place, views and garden are spectacular and the house as listed so perfect for either a short or long stay. Olga was great at communicating. Steps down to the property are steep but doable with care. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great whilst we were there but under cover outside seating area and table helped with this. Would recommend 👍

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in this accommodation for the second time. It was a wonderful vacation again. It is a haven of peace in a beautiful and quiet place. You feel at home very quickly. Everything is quickly accessible on foot, by public transport or with your own vehicle. Many possibilities for walks, visits and hikes are easily reachable. Barbara is an attentive and caring host, thank you again for hosting us. We are already thinking about our next visit...

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unbeatable location of this home. Being directly on the lake, the views are nothing short of magical. Waking up in the morning and looking out over the water from the bedroom felt like something out of a dream — peaceful, serene, and impossibly beautiful. The lake was quite literally at our doorstep. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. Every little detail was taken care of, and we felt instantly at ease. A special shoutout to our host, who went above and beyond when we realized last minute that we had forgotten to include our mother-in-law as a guest. It was entirely our oversight, and yet the host was kind, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. That kind of graciousness makes all the difference when you’re traveling. We can’t say enough good things about this place — the comfort, the views, the hospitality. If you’re lucky enough to find availability here, book it. Can’t wait to return

The house has a fantastic location between the vineyards of Brissago. The architecture, the interior and the rooms are very beautiful and we liked them very much - we love puristic design. Many details in the house and around it make the house something very special. When you sit on the terrace in the evening, grill, the grilling chirps and you look at the lake with a glass of wine - then this atmosphere is something unique - which you cannot buy. Eva - the house fairy - is super friendly and helpful and gave us many tips. Mille Grazie for the wonderful stay at Casa Largo. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

I recommend this apartment loft! It has beautiful views of Lake Como from the small village of Perledo which is in the mountains above Varenna. The apartment was very clean and spacious for 2 people with lots of amenities. We used the spa and heated pool which was nice. Signing up for a time slot wasn’t a problem as there was lots of availability. I recommend renting a car to drive around unless you wait for the bus and ferry schedules. There isn’t anything within walking distance so have a means of transportation to get to Varenna (10 minutes down the mountain). We had the best time and Andrea was very helpful and informative. If we had any questions we got a quick response. 10/10 recommend!!

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. I would recommend it in a second!

Our stay in Alessandras apartment was amazing. The place is exactly as seen in photos and you are less than 60 seconds from the lake. The views nearby are amazing! Alessandra was very responsive, offering recommendations and doing all she could to be of assistance. I would highly recommend staying here.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

It was a very nice stay. We liked the location, the view of the lake and the beautiful pool very much. Only the parking spaces are a bit too small. Many thanks to Alberto, who is an excellent host.

4 nights didn’t feel enough and we left with such a heavy heart. Laura’s place is breathtaking and pictures don’t do it any justice. We were so sad to leave the tranquil and peaceful villa. I’ve never stayed anywhere like this and look forward to going back.

Unfortunately, we were only there for one day, but it was still worth it! The location is very good near the train station and the lake and from the great terrace you can see Lake Maggiore while relaxing in the hot tub. Ideal for relaxing!

Although I arrived late in the evening, I was greeted with pleasure. The apartment was very cozy and clean, equipped with everything you need. The terrace is filled with flowers that perfume the morning and give you that sense of peace you need after a long and stressful trip. Everything was great, I would say. I would definitely go back and recommend it to friends. Thank you.

We just arrived home from our stay at Daniel's house and already miss it and want to go back! The views are absolutely stunning! The house was clean and was designed beautifully. The town where this house is located is charming, with a wonderful restaurant tucked in a piazza. Daniel was communicative before and during our stay. Loved our stay at Villa Flora Fauna Lago and would absolutely recommend it!

This is an absolutely beautiful flat in a very convenient location for the town centre. We had everything we needed and the beds and bathroom were very comfortable. The only drawback was that the floor was very dusty and our feet got black very quickly - I imagine it’s quite difficult to keep a hard floor clean without sweeping daily, which we didn’t have time to do, so we just made sure we wore socks whenever we were in the flat. Alessandra was a perfect host, always replied immediately which was incredibly helpful, and provided everything we needed including a lovely cot for our baby.

This place was the perfect place to stay if you want a beautiful view of the lake and to be in a quiet neighbourhood. There was pros and cons with the location (cons- trouble finding a taxi to and from the train station and not much in close walking distance & pros- beautiful view, right beside the C30 bus stop) but if you’re up for adventure and fully able bodied it’s worth it! We bought some groceries in Como after spending a the day there and had dinner one night in, walked down the stairs by the bus stop to the lake level for dinner at Ristorante Vapore sul Lago di Como and spent a day at the Lido di Faggeto Miamilaryo, which was a beautiful beach club with good food and drinks. The house was everything we needed and the view had us speechless the whole time. The hosts were quick to respond and help when we had questions. We would highly recommend this stay!

Great location that includes garaged parking. Within walking distance to top rated restaurants and also boutiques with excellent clothes and leather goods. The apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated. Paolo Andrea was very hospitable and flexible. Would not hesitate to return in the future. I highly recommend it!

Incredible apartment, well equipped, very attentive host, short walk to the bakery and bus stop, beautiful balcony where we spent every evening, I would recommend this place to everyone!

This place is truly one of a kind. Simply the most exceptional place I have been to. Great restaurants nearby, directly accessible by boat. We just loved cruising around the lake with the small motor boat, it made everything feel more special. The place itself is unique, as only very few houses are available in Santa Margherita. Lots of birds to watch, but the icing on the cake was all the fireflies at night that sparkle in the dark, really magical. But above all, Mattia was the friendliest, most helpful host and made everything nice and comfortable for us.

We had a great stay at Rocky’s place ! The appartement is very well decorated, clean and spacious. The surroundings are beautiful and calm. Rocky is very friendly and responsive. I totally recommend this place !!
