Hi. This is studio36. It is cool in summer, without air conditioning. A 20 m2 studio converted in the garage of my house, in a very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable, warm and quiet, it opens onto a private terrace where you can enjoy your meals in the company of two turtles. The bedroom and office are separate from the kitchen, shower and toilet. Equipped with a connected TV, Wi-Fi you can access your Netflix or other accounts if you wish.

In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).
