Holiday rentals with beach access in Västervik

Bernt was an amazing host and his apartment was newly renovated and very fresh. Very close to the beach and Bödagården that we visited often. Cozy sheep pasture across the road that we appreciated. The only drawbacks were probably the very run down apartment area as well as how responsive it was, especially when a toddler family lived above us. The road outside easily very much as it is high traffic during the summer. Made it not so cozy to sit outside and eat on the nice terrace, unfortunately. But the apartment itself was great and well stocked with EVERYTHING and then some that you could need on your vacation! Thank you so very very much, Bernt!

Really nice little place, which was very close to the water. Lina responded quickly and had good information about her place and surroundings.

Awesome to be there. Big enough for 3 families (6 adults + 5 childrens). We will totaly come back one day.

Super happy with our stay. The accommodation was child-friendly, well-planned and thoughtful. The hosts were helpful and nice. Walking distance to the playground and a maximum of 10 minutes' distance to Astrid Lindgren's World, which was our goal for the trip.

We had a fabulous stay with Patrik! Sadly we only had the late afternoon until the next morning, since we were just driving through but we would definitely stay again! Patrik has a dog himself and my pup had a friend while we stayed there! The little house has everything you need and if there is anything you need to ask, Patrik and his family are right next door! Thank you Patrik for the very nice welcome and I hope to come visit again 😊

We had a great week walking with our kids in the footsteps of Astird Lindgreen. Bullerbü, Katthult, Vimmerby and Mariannelund were easily accessible. There is a nice swimming lake near the apartment. The food at Anki's cafe is highly recommended. We have experienced a lot and have recovered well at the same time thanks to the spacious apartment and the tranquility in Karlstorp. Thank you!

Fantastic view from Åke's beautiful apartment, which is only 35 minutes from Astrid Lindgren's World. Plenty of space and nice atmosphere. I will definitely stay with Åke again, the next time we are in the area.

A fantastically nice and homey accommodation located in a nice place close to the sea, downtown. Close to good trails to explore in the beautiful nature with large differences in altitude and beautiful view mountains, including Flaggberget, Lejonberget and Majeldsberget.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cottage. The view on the lake is simply beautiful, the surroundings perfect for a hike or walk and the house itself very cozy and equipped with everything you need.

Peter & Yvette are wonderful hosts. Upon arrival Peter came up for an introduction, we exchanged some experiences and had a lovely chat about life in general. Your hosts are very helpful in pointing you in the direction of landmarks and experiences to find on Öland that are actually worthwhile, beating the travel guides (both off- and online) by a country mile. The accommodation is lovely, well furnished and spotless. An absolute no-brainer for anyone wanting to stay in Öland for a few days but I could easily see myself spending a whole month in their accommodation. Everything was in great order and ready for us to enjoy every minute of our stay. Excellent stay - I can't give 8 stars but I would've wanted to, if only to recognize Peter's kind heart and outlook on life. Thanks again!

This place is a charm in the middle of the farm and surrounded with the forest. Nice hiking routes to choose. Great facility to cook the foods and enjoy outdoor bbq. There was more than enough woods to burn for the heat and enjoy evening board games. I love the most is super sharp knives. So cooking the foods is more fun. There was no sun unfortunately. Would be nice to swim and rowing the boat at the lake.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage! The communication with the hosts was incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. The house was spotless and very well maintained, making us feel comfortable and at home right away. The view over the lake was absolutely breathtaking, and the level of privacy was exceptional — it felt like our own little paradise. One of the absolute highlights was the beautiful jetty right by the lake — the perfect spot for swimming, relaxing, and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. We’d definitely love to come back!

Very nice house that is very nice. The pictures are exactly as it looks in reality. We were 10 people who both in the house and we were very satisfied

We were in the house as a family with three adult children. Everything was as described and we felt very comfortable, we used the terraces a lot and also the hot tub and the grill. Sometimes deer, hares or squirrels visited. Unfortunately, it was still a little too cold for the beautiful swimming spot. Thank you very much for the nice time

Second time I'm renting this place with my friends and it was as great as the first time. Definitely coming back for our annual get together

A great home in Sandvik with a magical view. Can highly recommend both this and the cozy Hamnkrogen under the balcony that you might think should disturb a little but it didn't at all. Johanna as a host is easy to connect with and responds quickly if you need help with anything.

A lovely apartment in a quiet area, close to amenities and a short walk to the sea. An accurate listing which is easy to find with good private off road parking. The hosts are very friendly and respond quickly to messages, and the resident cat is a sweetheart. We had an amazing stay in Västervik and will be back!

Great, fresh and complete apartment with everything you need and then some! The place gets extra plus for the tasteful decor, that it was clean, fresh and smelled very good! Comfortable beds, large bathroom, well equipped kitchen! Jessica and Fredrik were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to our questions. Recomend!
