The house is detached, the host couple live in a different part. The house offers three separated bedrooms, a fireplace, a kitchen, two toilets, living room and a dining room. The location is fantastic with 25 m to the sea and Oknö offers several beaches and there are two campsites, two restaurants, a mini life and several ice cream kiosks. A cozy little villa in a perfect location. Only a 15 minute walk both to Västervik Resort as well as the city center and popular Slottsholmen. Coop and restaurant right around the corner. The villa is placed on a corner plot with access to a newly built terrace (2023) with Weber charcoal grill and nice grassy areas Fast broadband is available as well as access to TV with Chromecast. Both the kitchen and bathroom/laundry room renovated in 2021 and wood-burning stove installed in 2022.

Welcome to the Church School in Stenberga, Smålands Trädgård. A fantastic old school from 1870 that is newly renovated. Nice garden outside and close to swimming and fishing, own rowing boat available. The house has 7 bedrooms with a total of 16 beds and two cots. 4 fully tiled bathrooms with shower and toilet. Large dining room with room for 20 people, fully equipped kitchen, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators. 2 living rooms, fireplace, south-facing terrace, TV and broadband.

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. You live in the middle of the Småland landscape with lovely nature and nice walking paths. The Södra Bråta nature reserve is only a few kilometers from Svinhult. It takes 15 minutes by car to Katthult. It takes 3 minutes by car to Gnöstasjön. Here you can swim. Fishing licenses are available to buy. More lakes are in the surroundings.

City center & several nice swimming areas can be found within walking distance from the residence. Our cat SIRI is included in the reservation. Needs some supervision in shape food & water Wish to rent weekly.
