You have about 1 km to Vimmerby Center (15 min walk) and about 2 km by car (5 min) to Astrid Lindgren's World, but there is a footpath that takes about 20 min to walk. The house is in good condition and is being renovated on an ongoing basis. Enjoy the summer in this charming house with a large garden and lovely patio with barbecue facilities!
