Båten är under konstruktion under hösten 25 kommer en del målning och upprustning ske, ÖVERSEENDE UPPSKATTAS. Dessutom finnes AppleTV Samt lite tv spel för regniga dagar. Uteplats med grill finnes. Totalt 140kvm fördelat på 2 plan med 4 sovrum, 2 allrum, 2 badrum och stor öppen sällskapsyta med matplats för 8 personer. En uteplats med loungemöbler och grill. Huset är även privat bostad med personliga tillhörigheter

Detta unika boendet ger dig möjlighet att njuta av västkusten på bästa sett! Båten ligger vid brygga på Smögens norra del med landström och kylskåp. Båtplatsen är privat i en lugn hamn där det inte godtas hög musik! Egna sängkläder medtages. Beroende av årstid/månad kan boendet variera ifrån öst till väst 500m. Sandbogen (Kungshamn) är den andra! Dubbelkolla alltid vid bokning för aktuell plats! Vistelsen sker på egen risk och individuell försäkring krävs! Hyr jacuzzi för 600:-/natt
