The apartment is on the 2nd floor of our three-family house, which we also live in ourselves. We offer you peace and relaxation in an old settlement street with families in the neighborhood. The entire apartment is spatially separated from us. Self-check-in is possible via a key box.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

The light-flooded ground floor apartment is about 32 square meters and has its own terrace overlooking the garden. There is also free parking on the premises. From the apartment, the A94 highway, the airport bypass as well as the S-Bahn and train can be reached quickly.
