Charming house with a basement, located in a quiet area, ideal for 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a dressing room, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living/dining room, and a wood-burning stove for winter evenings. You can also enjoy a 500 m² garden, a terrace with table and deckchairs, and a small balcony. Bed linens and towels are provided. Basement not accessible (storage). Shops nearby. 1 hour from Futuroscope and 1 hour 10 minutes from Puy du Fou.

Enjoy this place with family—it promises some wonderful times ahead. House on a large plot of land, 7 minutes by car from the center of Parthenay, 20 minutes by bike via a cycle path. Spacious house. 3 bedrooms with a double bed each and one bedroom with two single beds. Bed linen is provided, but not bath towels. As the master bathroom is under construction, you have to go through a bedroom to access the second bathroom. Pets are allowed, but please let us know
