Great weekend at Stéphane's, we came for the Royan marathon. The apartment is located less than 5 minutes from the really royal starting line. Cozy and very comfortable apartment. We enjoyed the terrace on the 5th floor with a panoramic view of Royan. Bakery and convenience store 200 m away, really convenient. Great location, very quiet residence. We'll be there again.

Vanessa's apartment, in addition to being functional, enjoys an exceptional geographical location to enjoy the ocean and discover the different facets of the Royannais country. It is located in a very quiet area while being 5 minutes from the beach and activities of Pontaillac, it has an breathtaking view of the Cordouan lighthouse and the coastal path that passes at the foot of the building allows for very nice walks. In addition, Vanessa is a very responsive, available and accommodating host. We had 4 very nice days on this site.

Hyper central studio, well equipped (except sheets and towels) We enjoyed being able to store our bikes in the garage attached to the small residence.

We had a great time with Laurent who is a great host. He welcomed us on site and was very responsive every time we asked him. the sunsets are beautiful and the apartment is ideal for admiring them

It was impossible to make a mistake when arriving, all the explanations and details were clear. Jérémy is a very friendly person, and very attentive. The building and the accommodation are very quiet and very clean, the parking is secure, the entrance to the building is also secure. The accommodation has a large refrigerator and a real freezer A portable air conditioning system is available. The sofa bed mattress is extremely cosy. In fact, our stay was perfect. I can't find any negative points

We had a great time at Marie's place. The apartment was very clear, extremely well located and yet quiet. We were able to take great walks on the coast directly from the accommodation, and go right after to the casino restaurant! We will come back without hesitation.

An excellent base. Stunning views and very comfortable for two and a small dog. The location and surrounding area are beautiful and a great village centre.

Great value for money! The accommodation is of impeccable quality, the layout is optimal, there is everything you need on site! The beach access 2 min away is a real luxury for an unbeatable price, and some charming villages to visit nearby. We ate at Bob's in St Palais, it was great, and we shared a board on the beach near the reserve. I would also like to point out that the co-host was great, simple, efficient and smiling, a very warm welcome (unlike the one we just had when we arrived in Biarritz...). The small garden is also quite nice, light in relation to the residence, but the residence is quiet and there is little traffic so it did not bother us. Thank you, we will come back to stay longer!

I am particularly satisfied with my stay in this very beautiful, well-equipped and decorated studio, 10 meters from the beach of Grande Conche, quiet, with a beautiful terrace and a parking space. Very nice environment and very welcoming and friendly neighbors. As for Alexandre, he is super responsive and very friendly. I'll go back next year, no question.

The stay is very good, in addition I had very nice weather, the accommodation is still as good and easy to access to go to the beach or walk around. I highly recommend it!!

The apartment is perfectly equipped and clean. It is very well located while being quiet. It is a perfect base for discovering the city of Royan and its surroundings while enjoying excellent services. The bedding is also excellent quality! Finally, the communication of the entry and departure procedures was very clear.

A perfect weekend in a warm setting I had a great weekend in this absolutely perfect accommodation. Everything was there: impeccable cleanliness, optimal comfort, neat decoration, quiet and quality amenities. You feel at home there from the first few minutes. But what makes this stay truly exceptional is the hospitality of the hosts. A big thank you to the owner and her husband for their kindness, availability and benevolence. Their welcome was as warm as it was authentic, and you can feel that they put their whole heart into hosting.
