We stayed at Frédéric's for 3 nights. Very nice apartment, tastefully decorated and very clean. The terrace is really the highlight of this apartment. It is also very well located and the waterfront is very quickly accessible on foot.

Very nice accommodation in the middle of the city. It was hot, so I wanted to open the windows, but the restaurants are open very late at night and are very noisy. Unable to sleep before 1 a.m. I missed the blackout shutters. The day appears very, very, very early: around 6:30 in the morning at the beginning of summer. Please note, the air conditioning is a mobile device. It is therefore rather a noisy air extractor, which requires opening the windows... I had problems with the parking badge that didn't work. Medhi was very responsive in trying to find solutions. For organizational reasons, and simplicity (which is far from the parking lot...) I parked in the November 11 square which is free. Except, in the morning, there are often events and the signs are not readable. So my car was impounded. In the end, the parking cost me a lot! For WiFi, remember to check the code, the one indicated on the site is not the right one.

Large and beautiful Charentaise house with swimming pool and barbecue with many advantages, games room, 5 spacious bedrooms, pleasant living room for 12 people. Secure outdoor parking for 3 vehicles.

We had a lovely stay, the house is very nice, everything was clean, tidy and the house is very well-equipped. A big + for all the children's games available that were useful for our 2-year-old daughter on a rainy day. ☺️ We recommend this place for a lovely summer vacation. ☀️

We had a lovely weekend at Fabien's, everything is done to make you feel good. Close to a supermarket, a bakery, a small landscaped lake and the beach, everything can be done on foot . Very nice welcome from Virginia, very available and friendly.

Very pleasant stay in Nathan's house. The accommodation is very well located, very clean and well-equipped even if we had a small inconvenience with the dishwasher unusable due to an electrical problem. Nathan was understanding and accommodating with the inconvenience. The spa is very nice after an intense day of walking / beach. However, its headrest needs to be changed because it tends to disintegrate in the water. A pleasant stay in conclusion!

Excellent welcome from our host, with his nice smile. Mélanie is responsive, available and gave us very good advice on restaurants and activities to discover on the island. The accommodation is close to the city center, with its covered market, where you can buy fresh products, close to a supermarket, colorful fishermen's huts, the citadel... The accommodation is very clean, well arranged, tastefully decorated, well equipped and air-conditioned. The bedding is extremely good. We have stayed several times on the island, which we love very much. We will gladly return to Mélanie and Nicolas.

The apartment is in a very good location right in front of the beach and very close to the port and the city center. You can walk everywhere. It is spacious, very well arranged and equipped. Perfect for 6 people without being on top of each other. The views from all the rooms are breathtaking from morning to night. Really a nice place.

Jean Louis and his partner are really warm and charming people, the location is royal, the studio is great, the bedding is superb! It was a really nice vacation with an excellent little welcome gift.

Angélé’s apartment is great, very modern with the decor capturing the atmosphere of the seaside. I cannot fault the very comfortable apartment at all especially the spacious shower room, modern kitchen, comfortable bed and storage space available. Access to the 4th Floor is by one of the two lifts and the residence car park was large and easily accessible. Vaux sur Mer is a very pretty seaside resort and if you want to surf, walk, cycle or just enjoy the very safe beach then a perfect location for all ages. We know the Atlantic resorts well and this our first time in Vaux sur Mer and can thoroughly recommend it and naturally Angélé’s apartment. We will return.
