"Les Ave Maria" Guest House

The guest house is finally renovated in summer 2024 m. Our guest house "Les Ave Maria" welcomes you at the back of our garden. Furnished in a studio with a bedroom area (bed 160X190), separate kitchen and shower room, this cottage is ideal for a couple wishing to enjoy the countryside, and the Loire castles. The house is equipped to accommodate a young child. We give access to our swimming pool 2 hours (flex) per day from June to seven and fully available between 8 and 23 August.

Piscine chauffée ouverte de début mai à fin septembre. Longère tourangelle située à la sortie d'un petit village typique du sud Touraine. Aucun vis à vis, vue dégagée sur la campagne vallonnée. Grand jardin d'agrément avec terrasses et piscine enterrée (mai à septembre). Cette maison de famille a été réaménagée en 2018. Elle se situe à 10 mn de la ville de Loches et son Château royal, et à 45 mn de Tours. Le zoo de Beauval est accessible à 35 mn de voiture.

The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

In winter, the pool is not available. 3-star cottage.
