The house offers a shared living area with a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen, barbecue, wi-fi, parking. The cottage reflects the time between the two world wars, as the Rapallo border (1920) ran above it. It offers all the necessary comfort and charm of the past. It is located in the Natura 2000 area, which is adjacent to the Snežnik Regional Park. It is an excellent starting point for exploring the nearby surroundings (Snežnik, Pivka plateau,...) as well as wider (Kvarner, Brkini,...), where you can take our e-bikes, which are included in the price of accommodation (two nights one day free use of bicycles).

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
