Surrounded by fragrant healing plants, it is a perfect place of peace and quiet. The parking place is located 50 m from the house, and the house is located in first row to the sea, only 20 m away. Novo uređen studio apartman Perla smješten je u staroj jezgri grada svega par minuta od centra i svih pratećih sadržaja. Sastoji se od velikog predivnog dvorišta, ulaznog prostora, kuhinje, spavaće sobe (mogućnost bračnog ili odvojenih kreveta ), dnevne sobe (dodatni ležaj-dvosjed na razvlačenje) te kupaone s tušem. Najbliža plaža je samo desetak minuta hoda od apartmana. U zelenilu dvovrišta možete se opustiti uz jutarnju kavu ili romantičnu večeru.

Ova jedinstvena kućica je udaljena 10 metara od mora. U potpunoj je osami, najbliža kuća je na 300 metara zračne linije. Gostima je na raspolaganju: - prostrana terasa, - vanjska kuhinja, - 2 ležaljke, - suncobran, - vanjski tuš i - 2 stand up paddle daske. Pogodno za 2 odrasle osobe sa djetetom, krevet 160x200 i kauč koji se izvlači u ležaj 140x200. Do posjeda se može doći "normalnim" automobilom, a parking je na 50 metara od kuće.
