Holiday rentals with a patio in Veliki Pijesak Beach

Prachtig verblijf! Er zijn 3 appartementen en de eigenares woont op het gelijkvloers. Deze is zeer discreet waardoor als je geluk hebt en de andere twee appartementen niet verhuurd zijn, je het gevoel hebt dat je alleen bent en ook het zwembad helemaal voor jezelf hebt! Echt een topverblijf!

Petar egy igazi példaképe annak, milyen egy tökéletes Airbnb házigazda. Már az érkezés előtt is nagyon segítőkész és rugalmas volt, minden kérdésre gyorsan és barátságosan válaszolt. A szállás makulátlanul tiszta, jól felszerelt és pontosan olyan, mint a képeken – sőt, még szebb! Ami azonban igazán különlegessé tette az itt tartózkodást, az Petar személyes figyelme és kedvessége. és mindig elérhető volt, ha segítségre volt szükség. Szívből ajánlom mindenkinek, aki barátságos, megbízható és gondoskodó vendéglátót keres. Ha lehetőségem lesz, biztosan újra nála foglalok! Köszönjük, Petar! 🙏

Great place, great host, amazing view. Definitely recommend this place

Megs and Milos’ place was a true home away from home. Megs was wonderfully communicative from well before our trip, which was very helpful and put our minds at ease. She provided answers to any questions we had and was a wealth of information with suggestions regarding what to do, where to go and good eateries, links included. Milos met us at the parking lot upon our arrival and even helped carry some of our belongings to the apartment. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and incredibly well appointed (even books and games for our child). It had everything we wanted and needed. We were very comfortable in the space and our 2 year old daughter cried when it was time to leave. We would recommend this rental to anyone and everyone.

A perfect view of Budva and the bay. Super relaxing, apartment was cool and breezy and just what I as needed. The walk up IS steep, but it’s short. Meet and greet woman was LOVELY, and super helpful. To pay the tourist tax of 2 euro per day, you must meet the host at the tourist office (and note there is more than one!). ALSO, just will offer to organise taxi- take up this offer as it saves a lot of hassle at Tivat airport (and saves you ten euros!)

Super freundliche Gastgeber, familiäre Atmosphäre. Die Anlage ist meiner Meinung nach noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Wer auf der Suche nach einem Ort zum Entspannen ist, findet hier eine Oase der Ruhe inmitten von Ulcinj vor.

Dit zeer ruime appartement in Bar is bijzonder mooi gelegen hoog in de bergen. Voor mensen die even willen ontsnappen aan het drukke leven van alle dag en die heerlijk tot rust willen komen is dit een geschikte accommodatie omdat je in de verte het rustgevende geruis van de Jelzenica rivier hoort die met kleine watervalletjes naar beneden richting de zee stroomt. De zee zie je klein in de verte en is met de auto goed te bereiken. Er is een behoorlijk groot zwembad en een apart zwembadje voor kinderen op het terrein. Het appartement heeft 2 grote kamers, slaap en woonkamer met allebei een fijn balkon. Het heeft een grote zachte buitenzetel van leer waar je lekker op kan zitten om naar de krekels en rustgevende geluiden van de natuur te luisteren. We kregen bij aankomst heerlijke pannenkoekjes geserveerd en verse eitjes, worstjes en crackers voor het ontbijt. De keuken heeft alles wat nodig is en het bed was heerlijk groot. Badkamer knus met föhn en compleet ingericht. Een echte aanrader

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Natalie and Michael’s place. The penthouse was immaculate and very comforting. It felt just like home. Natalie and Michael were super responsive if we had a question. They made our trip really enjoyable. The location was superb, and Natalie had some great local suggestions and recommendations. The penthouse is located in an ideal location and it’s very easy to get around places. The sunsets on the rooftop are breathtaking, as is the scenery around the area. Michael was excellent if we had a question with the penthouse. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and we would highly recommend staying here. We hope to visit again! Thank you for everything!

Fantastic stay in Buva old town. Paulina communicted very well and it was very nice of her to leave us some water and snacks on our arrival. The aparatmemt is in a great location and close to shops and restaurants. One side note: if you don't need to rent a car, then don't as parking is very expensive!

We had such great time in Angela and Luka’s place! Their warm welcome, being SO helpful - in this little heaven, surrounded by giant garden, animals, and the breathtaking landscape - where you can relax in the hot tub - or next to the fireplace - they offer you special experience, 10 min from Rijeka Crnojevića Bridge - and the beautiful view point Pavlova Strana - and lake Skadar. The house itself is well equipped - we were on a couple vacation - but it’s big enough for families. This is just what we looked for! If you want to escape the city - this is your place! Don’t miss their great wines! Can’t wait to the next time!

The stay was incredible, okasana was always super fast to respond, she gave us clear instruction about getting to the place. The house was top notch clean and everything inside was brand new. I would highly recommend staying there!!

Hatta ilk gün hava aşırı yağmurlu olması dolayısıyla markete gidemedik o da bizimle yemeklerini paylaştı ayrıca biz gelirken ceket getirmediğimiz için kendi ceketlerinden bize getirdi. Şehri keşfetmemiz noktasında da bize gerçekten harika bilgiler verdi. Constanze sayesinde tatil deneyimimiz beklediğimizden çok daha iyi geçti kesinlikle herkese tavsiye ederim. Son olarak ev görsellerdeki ile birebir aynıydı hatta bence görsellerdekinden çok daha güzeldi, manzarası enfesti.

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Mia’s beautiful property. We really enjoyed having the garden space to relax and having the hypermarket just next door made it really convenient. Mia is a really responsive and friendly host and gave us loads of recommendations to ensure we have a pleasant trip!

If you're looking for a stunning view of Budva this place is for you. We never imagined how beautiful this place would be and we hope to come back in the future!

we had amazing stay at Slavko's house. very comfortable, with amazing view, nice weber grill, clean pool. Vesna was super-friendly as a co-host. she met us as her own family members. overall 10/10 for a big company. highly recommend. again, thanks a lot for a great stay❤️

To byly wspaniale wakacje w domu Vera. Pani Vera jest mila i przyjazna i byla zawsze pomocna jesli cos potrzebowalam. Dom super dostosowany dla 4 osob + 1 male dziecko z nami bylo. Polecam serdecznie pobyt wakacyjny w domu pani Vera. Bardzo podobalo mi sie i mojej rodzinie.. Niedaleko do pobliskiej plazy. Dziekuje Vera za super wakacje .Pozdrawiam,Dorota.

Diese außergewöhnliche Unterkunft von Marvin bietet eine luxuriöse Ausstattung, die die Erwartungen bei weitem übertrifft – insbesondere was den Panorama-Blick betrifft. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und verfügt sogar über eine Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine. Ein nicht erwähntes Highlight ist der direkte Blick auf die malerische Adria-Insel St. Stefan, ein Fischerdorf aus dem 15. Jahrhundert. Auch der Blick auf das majestätische Lovćen-Gebirge ist beeindruckend. Die perfekte Lage eröffnet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer und die Bucht. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es viel zu genießen: Ein wunderschöner Swimmingpool sowie ein Spa-Bereich mit Sauna, Hamam und Jacuzzi laden zum Entspannen ein. Der gut ausgestattete Fitnessraum rundet das Angebot ab. Aufgrund der steilen Topographie empfiehlt es sich, ein Fahrzeug zu mieten. Das freundliche Personal der Anlage steht bei allen Anliegen gerne zur Seite. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Highly recommend staying here for your own slice of beautiful Budva old town! The location is PERFECT and instructions made it easy to find. It's on the smaller side but perfect for 1 or 2 adults. The outdoor patio is lush and I loved drinking coffee there in the mornings and wine at night. Would definitely stay again, really relaxing place.

Mieliśmy wspaniały pobyt w tym apartamencie! Lokalizacja jest idealna – blisko centrum, plaży oraz wielu atrakcji, dzięki czemu mieliśmy wszystko pod ręką. Apartament był czysty, dobrze wyposażony i bardzo przytulny. Właściciele są niezwykle mili i pomocni, zawsze gotowi udzielić cennych wskazówek dotyczących okolicy. Zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce i chętnie wrócimy!

Bardzo fajne miejsce, w 100% zgodne z opisem, gospodarz bardzo dba o klientów, odpowiedzi na wiadomości i pytania dot. różnych kwestii w tempie expresowym o różnych porach dnia, a transport jaki można zamówić w dobrych cenach i od ręki w różne miejsca. Bardzo polecam na mile spędzony czas w przepięknej Czarnogórze.

There are many markets nearby. There is a fast food shop. There is a coastal path for nice walks. The sea is only 3-4 minutes away. A very successful business. They should definitely get the value they deserve. There is everything you need. Air conditioning, kitchen equipment, a clean shower. A nice terrace. Have a nice holiday everyone

Great host! Sanja was so helpful and very communicative. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend a stay here. The apartment was well equipped and immaculate. Thank you so much for having us. A car is a must with young children though. It is on a very steep hill.

Ksenija was very, very hospitable! She provided us a warm welcome and was willing to help us immediately and to answer our questions. The space was great! It is next to a Hypermarket, which was very practical. It had nice views, too. It felt private.

The spacious apartment is excellent with the most amazing view over Budva. It was a great location for a short break within an easy 10min walk of the old town. It is set on a short steep hill which wasn’t a problem for us. The first floor apartment overlooks a lovely pool. I highly recommend this apartment for a small group of guests. You will not be disappointed.
