Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Veliki Pijesak Beach

Prachtig verblijf! Er zijn 3 appartementen en de eigenares woont op het gelijkvloers. Deze is zeer discreet waardoor als je geluk hebt en de andere twee appartementen niet verhuurd zijn, je het gevoel hebt dat je alleen bent en ook het zwembad helemaal voor jezelf hebt! Echt een topverblijf!

The apartment was excellent, very modern, clean and with an amazing balcony. The apartment has AC which made the stay very pleasant for the hot days of Montenegro. The apartment is walking distance from the beach and many supermarkets. Having parking available in a definitely a plus. The communication with the Anastasja was great. Everything was easy and would definitely go back.

Great place, really comfortable, they provide everything you need. Bit hard to find in dark first night but he sent very detailed instructions. We travelled all over the country in a hire car and was able to get about freely. Parking outside and was simple. The hosts responded quickly to all questions and provided extra bedding and towels. We loved using the washing machine as pack light. Really quiet complex but some building going on opposite side, breaking rocks but was absolutely fine and they didnt start early. Great base for anyone but if you're from the UK or anywhere that is not mountainous be aware that 35 miles here takes triple the time then it would. So to get to Kotor bay it took between one hour 45 and two hour 45 depending on where we wanted to be. Pavel also let us check out late so again super accommodating!

Great apartment — exactly as described! Clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with shops and cafes nearby. The host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We highly recommend staying here! Milunka and Christian were fantastic hosts and made us feel right at home. Not only is the property beautifully situated with exceptional views from the roof garden, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool is great and sharing it with other guests was never a problem. Our apartment was very private, under beautiful kiwi and orange trees. They have created a wonderful place here above the hustle and bustle of the beach. A lot of thought has gone into making this place special and their attention and care towards the guests was remarkable. Thank you both!

Branka is a friendly and accomodating hostess. She's supported by her daughter Nina, who managed all communication in English perfectly. I do recommend this place if calmness and distance to cities is preferred. There is a bus stop at the main road, like 15Min afar. But motorized vehicle is recommended, except you really love walking and don't mind seeking small trails and carrying your groceries uphill. To Sutomore it's 40Min of walking, partially along a beautiful promenade. To Bar exists a small trail along the mountain. (With nice spots for sunset) Everything was as described, as well as clean and tidy. The kitchen is well equipped. But having the stove at the veranda, far from the sink of the kitchen inside the house, can be a disadvantage. But still i enjoyed preparing my meals. The bed is comfortable, i slept well. Highlight have been the fruits and the juice Branka shared. First time in my life i saw Kiwis on a plant. Luckily ready to harvest during my visit :) Thank you!

We had a fantastic week in Jennifer's amazing villa. The location, the views, the space were all incredible. The private beach area was great and the pool was perfect. Jennifer and team were very responsive to any queries we had and I would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with stunning scenery and sunsets!

Ольга не только хороший арендодатель, но ещё и замечательный человек! Мы провели 2 недели в апартаментах, с чудесным видом на море! В квартире есть все необходимое - даже утюг и стиральная машина! Ольга ответит на любые вопросы, подскажет, если вам что-то необходимо узнать и просто с радостью пообщается с вами на любые темы! :) У нас было ощущение, что мы в гостях у давней подруги :). The apartments were so good with beautiful view to the see. These were well equiped houses for two families. There is a small beach near the accomodation it is easy to get there, about 3 minutes on foot. Kristin and her husband are so kind, helpful and flexible. Throughout the whole jorney we could communicate with them excellently. Hracho became my Montenegrin friend.

Elenas place was remarkable with great views and great surroundings. The stay was great and Elena was very quick to respond to every query, the pool and gardens were very relaxing. The villa is accessible to everything by car, good selections of restaurants, bars and shops and beaches all within 5 mins drive. Can’t fault it

The housing was super nice and we felt immediately at home. It’s super spacious and has everything you need. Allda answers almost immediately and is very helpful and kind. It was a really nice stay in would recommend. Would come again.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit bei Marko. Er gibt sich wirklich die aller größte Mühe, dass es seinen Gästen gut geht. Mehr geht nicht. Bester Host! Die Lage in der Nähe vom See ist toll und bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Eine Tour auf dem See ist am frühen Morgen oder gegen Abend zu empfehlen, dann ist fast nichts los. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Проживали вчетвером 6 дней в прекрасном просторном доме . Хозяин дома Стефан встретил нас у автостанции и любезно довез до дома. Дом нас очень впечатлил, все фото соответствуют описанию. Красивый декор на стенах, прекрасная терасса, на территории есть мангальная зона и растущий виноград. Очень дружелюбная соседка и милые котики в округе. Тихий район и прекрасный вид на горы и море. Учитывайте, что к дому ведёт дорога в гору, что может быть проблемой для пожилых. Но нам это не доставляло трудностей. Поблизости автостанция и Ж.Д. вокзал. До моря примерно 10 минут ходьбы. К сожалению, на третий день пропал Wi-Fi. Стефан обещал уладить эту проблему, однако проблема не была устранена. Возможно, что в этом не была вина хозяина. В целом, мы остались очень довольны проживанием в доме Стефана. Рядом с автовокзалом находятся 2 продуктовых магазина (Voli, Franca) и небольшой рынок. Могу порекомендовать кафе Kafana Kuzina, там достаточно низкие цены и вкусно.

Pierwszy raz w życiu mogłem spędzić cały tydzień na plaży. Rano pić kawę słuchając szumu fal. Wieczorem relaksować się tak samo. Miejsce jest idealne dla 2 rodzin. W każdym pokoju duże łóżko + spora dostawka. Byliśmy w 4 dorosłych i 3 dzieci 3,5,6yr. Na pewno wrócimy w przyszłym roku. Sam dom bardzo wygodny, taras olbrzymi. Killi zorganizował nam jedzenie w dniu przyjazdu z dostawą do domu z lokalnej pizzeri. Następnego dnia zorganizował wycieczkę statkiem. Odpisywał błyskawicznie, ze wszystkim pomagał. Warto przyjechać do niego żeby samemu przeżyć tak przyjemne wakacje. W miasteczku duży nowoczesny sklep z super cenami i asortymentem. Blisko do Petrovac. Jovan, dziękuję!

wir waren schon das 2. mal da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. alles ist bestens zu erreichen und die wohnung ist sehr sauber. wir waren 10 tage dort und der platz hat absolut gereicht. ein kleines, feines apartment zum wohlfühlen

We enjoyed staying at Yasmin’s and Almir’s apartments. They are the nicest hosts I’ve ever stayed in: very kind, polite and helpful Location is good enough too, not far from city centre and from the Long beach Wish Yasmin and her family all the best and totally recommend her place!

I was very happy to stay in this apartment - it’s bright, cozy, and clearly made with love and care. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The place was also very clean and quiet, so I had a great night’s sleep. In the morning, it was easy to grab a delicious coffee at a café nearby and take a walk by the sea — it’s just a short walk away. Highly recommended!

Our stay at this apartment was enjoyable and well-suited for the three of us. The accommodation met all our needs perfectly. The place was spotlessly clean and well-organized, with everything we needed provided, from kitchenware to bed linens. The location is fairly convenient. Although it was a bit farther than we initially expected, it was definitely manageable and not a major issue. The apartment is easy to find and self check-in/check-out was a breeze. The apartment matches the photos exactly, which was great. There are plenty of shops and cafes nearby, including some that are open 24/7, which was a nice bonus. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We were able to adjust the number of guests before our arrival, and everything was arranged seamlessly. Overall, a great stay, definitely recommend it!

The spacious apartment is excellent with the most amazing view over Budva. It was a great location for a short break within an easy 10min walk of the old town. It is set on a short steep hill which wasn’t a problem for us. The first floor apartment overlooks a lovely pool. I highly recommend this apartment for a small group of guests. You will not be disappointed.

We had a nice stay. Luka was very helpful, even when the crazy grumpy didn’t let us to park in the public parking, he offered that he’d come and talk with her. But we found another parking spot, bc we didn’t want any problem with the crazy woman. The apartment was clean, nice location

I stayed for the month of May and it was very suitable for me as I needed a place to rest and restore energy after having already toured a bit of Montenegro prior to my stay. I was able to focus on other things since it provided not only beautiful surroundings but a calm place to work and study. Keep in mind that the bus stop and grocery store is a 10-15 min walk away. I took this as an opportunity to appreciate the fresh air and have some additional exercise. It is also worth noting that the washing machine is shared and is at the bottom of the building. Finally, I would suggest this place for those who have a car especially if you want to use it as a base for touring or prefer a safe neighborhood environment outside the tourist areas. If you are not willing to walk without a car it may be difficult. Overall, I recommend. 😌
