A few years ago we bought a land with an old house in Skalica.We gradually demolished the house and built a new building with the original character. We offer comfortable accommodation on the ground floor of a family house, in a separate apartment with its own entrance and access to the garden. Pleasant seating on the terrace and in the garden. Enjoy undisturbed bird watching. Great for families and couples. There is a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. The apartment is a few steps from public transport - 10 minutes to the center of Uherské Hradiště. From the apartment, there is a connection to bike paths and hiking trails. Nice playground 3 minutes from the house.

Excellent location for holidays: mountain hiking in Malé Karpaty; cycling (numerous paths to the country side); swimming in local lake. City of Brezová pod Bradlom (Košariská) is known also as a birthplace of the greatest Slovak – M. R. Štefánik, whose exceptional monument is located 3 kilometres from the flat.

OAKTREEHOUSE - SLEEP IN THE TREEHOUSE

TREEHOUSE is installed on four adult oaks. A wooden bridge leads directly to the terrace with a view of the surrounding trees. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Water is supplied in containers and is used for hand washing and basic hygiene. Inside our treehouse there is a chair and a sofa bed, basic kitchen equipment, electric kettle for water, plates etc. Dry toilet is located 15m from the treehouse. Attic is reserved for sleeping (2 people). Sofa bed is downstairs.

Pohovku umístěnou u obrovského okna situovaného na východ s výhledem na Vizovické vrchy a velkého okna na sever s výhledem na trnkový sad využijete na klidné chvíle a zakusování něčeho dobrého. Během grilování v podvečer osvítí západní sluníčko terasu před naším domečkem, kdy uplatní své gastronomické dovednosti nejeden gurmán.

Chata se nachází v přírodě v blízkosti obce Březová v Bílých Karpatech. Naši chatu jsme před pár lety kompletně zrekonstruovali do moderního stylu se zachováním původního tvaru. Je to naše srdcovka a proto jsme se rozhodli umožnit, aby chata dělala radost i ostatním. Naleznete zde wellnes s finskou saunu a jacuzzi, kompletní venkovní posezení s grilem, ohništěm a výhledem na les obklopující chatu a spoustu vychytávek, které věříme, že vám váš pobyt u nás zpříjemní.

Upravené okolie domčeka pre Vaše pohodlie: terasa s lehátkami a vaničkami na kúpanie v lete, kaďa s vyhrievanou vodou na jarné a jesenné dni, vonkajšie posedenie na čiastočne krytej terase vedľa malého rybníka, priestor na grilovanie či opekanie. A všade navôkol vysadená zeleň. Záležalo mi na tom, aby hostia zažili kvalitu a komfort na pohľad aj na vlastnej koži.
