Our house, located in the wild nature of Triglav National Park, is surrounded by a forest and beautiful mountains. Just under the house you can explore amazing water grove and a waterfall, which is known as energy point. In the valley you can enjoy the beauty of emerald green Soča gorge and if you're brave enough, you can jump right in. The house is a great starting point for many hiking trips. The most popular is certainly the hike to a beautiful glacial lake Krn, under the top of mountain Krn.

Room Gabrijel with four seasons outdoor kitchen

The house Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Casa Grinovero

At the beginning of the ascent to the sanctuary of Castelmonte, five minutes from the historic center of Cividale del Friuli, an old 19th-century farmhouse recently renovated offers an attic apartment and a double bedroom with bathroom. The adjoining farm produces organic extra virgin olive oil and the walk among the olive groves and vineyards up to a centuries-old chestnut tree is a pleasant immersion in nature and its gentle hilly landscape. Mansarda Rossetti

Mansarda Rossetti is a large attic located on the top floor of a period building. The building has an elevator, but you need to climb a few steps to enter the apartment. It offers a view of the rooftops of Trieste and the Rossetti Theater. A stone's throw from Viale XX Settembre, a pedestrian area full of shops, cinemas and restaurants, it will allow you to discover the city on foot, taking advantage of a strategic location. Suitable for 2 to 5 people. There is no Wi-Fi!

We are close to the Slovenian border where you can spend hours of leisure and relaxation in the two casinos located in Nova Gorica. For wine lovers, we are close to the best-known producers in the area.

Apartment in the eastern hills of Friuli

Apartment located in a quiet area, with a park adjacent, but with all amenities nearby. The apartment includes a double bedroom and a double sofa bed. Ideal for outings in the Friulian and Slovenian hills to immerse yourself in greenery and appreciate the culinary culture of the area, or for business trips for large industries located a few kilometers away. Thanks to a 55” smart TV with Prime Video, Netflix etc, you can spend an evening of leisure.

Villa Krivec

We are located just a 2-minute walk from Lake Bled. We offer 2 en-suite rooms with a kitchenette, but there is no dining table, meaning you can only serve simple food such as stew. In addition to the building, there is also a common living area with a dining table that our guests can use. Tourist tax is not included in the price, it is 3,13 EUR/night for adults and 50% of that for kids from 7 to 18 years. Kids under 7 don't pay tourist tax.

My place is in the centre of famous Brda wine region, recently selected by CNN amongst 11 great wine regions globally, you've probably never heard of. The 72-square-kilometer (28 mile) wine region of Brda sits along the Italian border and 50km southern of Austrian border, has been described as a "mini Tuscany" -- even the cuisine is influenced by Italy. An hour's drive from Slovenian capital Ljubljana and an hour's drive from Venice.

This charming house is located on the outskirts of Stara Fužina, where you can truly experience the peacefulness of Triglav National Park and the feeling of freedom of the Slovenian countryside. Take a moment to relax and listen to the cowbells on the neighbouring pasture, the birds’ and crickets’ singing, and admire the flickering stars on a clear night.
