The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. Prestigious apartment with balcony overlooking the canal a few minutes from Piazza San Marco but in a quiet area. One week before arrival, we will request the ID of one guest, payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the entire group, for the entire stay), and the tourist tax. Your data is shared only with the police and the municipality. There aren't many elevators in Venice: you'll have to climb around 50 steps, but they aren't very steep. I have a place where you can leave your luggage.
