This romantic place offers an history all its own.The apartment face from one side the mighty walls of the Arsenal what it was once the place where all the commercial and war boats of the Serenissima(Republic of Venice)where built , the other side over a typical canal where the inhabitants keep their boats. The apartments is recently renewed but recycling all the materials and using only local ones. The flat is energy saver, you can dry your laundry using the typical hanging line out and fans.
