Fantastic! Every time! What a view! Immaculately clean, with all the amenities you could need. Noe and Joe are wonderful people. A must do!

The indoors was exactly as described with everything we needed except condiments like salt and pepper etc :-)The entry area was a bit claustrophobic for us as it was quite small with a high fence. Probably not a problem for most people. Also the outside area clearly was not swept of lots of leaves so that area felt a bit messy. All in all the location was good for us and nice neighbors. Thank you Holly and Mark. We enjoyed our stay.

My friend and I had a great stay in LA. The Airbnb was in a great location which felt safe and was walking distance of a bus route that took us into LA or down to Venice Beach. The place was clean and supplied with everything: kitchen essentials, hair and body wash, and extra towels and blankets. The host was very responsive and always warned us ahead of time if he was going to be in the garden at all. The dog was lovely too! Thank you!

Our stay at Randy's guesthouse in Venice Beach was fantastic. We felt so comfortable and truly valued the extra effort Randy put in - stocking the kitchen with breakfast supplies and wine and beer, and his very detailed instructions and local recommendations. We also greatly appreciated his flexibility with an early check-in. Randy is a wonderful host! We would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Brandon’s place. The unit was just as described. It gets lots of natural light and has a small balcony which is fantastic to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. It’s located on a charming tree lined street and within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques - and only 1.5 miles from the beach. Brandon was a great host - friendly and incredibly prompt in responding. Would recommend!

This Airbnb in West Hollywood was a gem! For our two-night trip, the location was absolutely perfect, putting us within easy reach of all the attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. We were thrilled to have a guaranteed parking spot, which is invaluable in this area. The room itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. It truly felt like our own private retreat, offering excellent privacy. The host was also super helpful, making check-in and check-out seamless and readily available for any questions we had. The essential amenities provided ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. We would definitely book again!

We had an amazing stay—this place is a hidden gem! It’s literally less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, and you can see and hear the ocean right from the room, which made it incredibly relaxing. We loved having breakfast out on the awesome patio every morning. It was perfect for a quick weekend beach getaway. Grocery delivery and Uber Eats were super easy, and everything arrived without a hitch. The location is incredibly convenient—just 15 minutes from the airport and about 25–30 minutes to Santa Monica. There are plenty of great spots for breakfast, lunch, and dinner within a 10–15 minute walk. Playa Del Rey Beach was quiet and peaceful—even over Memorial Day weekend, it wasn’t crowded at all. Despite being close to the airport, the airplane noise wasn’t an issue at all—we slept soundly every night. The overall vibe was very chill, quiet, and easy. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and we’ll definitely be back!

I must say that this place was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in! I would ever go as far as to say the pictures doesn’t do it justice. It was an absolute beauty, with a huge hot tub deck complete with a covered outside bar with a grill and room for 10+ guests. The guest itself was spotless and well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is even a washer and dryer inside the unit. I would most definitely recommend staying here and will be booking a stay here again. Thank you Tracy for your near-immediate responses, welcoming hospitality, and quaint accommodations!

Oleg and Marina were very welcoming and made helpful adjustments for my late lcheck-in and check-out! The place itself was very clean, quiet and peaceful and the neighborhood is epic . Various supermarkets are close by and the fact that it didn’t have a washer & dryer was no big deal at all as they directed me to laundromats near by. Since losing my home in the Palisades fires - this was a comforting temporary home in beautiful Santa Monica. Thank you!

I had an excellent stay for a week. Friendly and gracious hosts, the studio has great natural light, a lovely backyard, and was a quiet and comfy place to sleep. The neighborhood is pretty and residential. Meeting the sweetheart dogs of the house was a bonus!

Jennifer’s place was a great stay, central to a lot of activities and 15 minutes away from the beach which is a huge plus. Cozy and roomy with great water pressure! And of course a great host, will be booking again in the future and highly recommend to other!

The place was fantastic. A little tricky to get to especially if coming from Malibu in the fog! Worth the trip. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This place was perfect to stay at for a weekend. Nestled in the mountains just a few minutes from the main road, the drive up is steep and narrow, which made it feel like a real adventure. It’s also only a short drive to the town, which is super cute and fun to walk around — lots of small shops to explore. The Airbnb is very private with stunning views, and the photos are exactly what it looks like. I loved sitting outside in the mornings, listening to the birds and watching wildlife. There’s a hiking trail right behind the property too. The space was spotless and beautifully decorated — cozy bed, comfy couch, and a great kitchen with fridge, stove, utensils, etc (though no microwave). I’d suggest grabbing groceries in LA, about 15 minutes away, since the local store is small. There was no Wi-Fi and I had no phone signal at the Airbnb, but I didn’t mind since I wanted to unplug. I could walk just a minute down the road to get service if needed. I loved this place, it was magical.

We loved Jade’s ADU. It was our first time traveling with our 4 month old and Jade’s kids/baby amenities made it so easy! We loved the location and walked to many local spots. The unit is beautifully designed. Lovely stay, all around!

Ray and Andrea were amazing. They communicated very well, made everything easy, and have an adorable property. We had a couple of encounters with them and they were pleasant and friendly, as well as messages in which they were also great. I highly recommend this property and the hosts, it was well worth it.

Simply the best. The photos can’t do justice to the sweeping canyon views, sunsets, or the local wildlife, birdsongs, and wildflowers. Billy, Lori, and their sweet dog Dora were so friendly and welcoming, they felt like family after 5 minutes. Location was ideal for us, about equidistant between Malibu and Thousand Oaks, and we spent a lot of time at the beaches but always looked forward to getting “home.” There are so many exquisite spots on the multiple patio decks to enjoy the fresh air and nature that you never relax the same way twice! It’s also located right near the Backbone Trail and we enjoyed hiking and running several sections of it. Oh and can’t forget the bed— it’s a literal dream. I think I had some of the best sleep of my life here. Overall 10/10. Great panoramas, great price point, great people. We will be back.
