🌟 Wonderful stay! Our experience exceeded all expectations. The hosts are incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive — from the very beginning, we felt truly cared for. The house is spotlessly clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained, with a lovely outdoor area perfect for relaxing after a day in Venice. Inside, everything is thoughtfully arranged — you’ll find everything you need and even more! The location is perfect for exploring Venice: close to public transport, yet peaceful and quiet. We are truly grateful for such a warm and thoughtful place. Highly recommend — and would love to come back again! 💛

Die FeWo ist sehr geräumig und befindet sich im EG, mit allem sehr zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war wirklich exzellent sauber. Wir freuten uns bei der Ankunft über wohlige Zusatzausstattungen, wie eine kleine gekühlte Grundversorgung, außerdem eine Flasche Prosecco, einen selbstgebackenen Kuchen…. nicht zu vergessen die Kosmetiktücher, Duschbad. Einfach toll! Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, vertrauensvoll und hilfreich mit Tipps zu z. B. Unternehmungen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Eine sehr fürsorgliche Vermieterin, der ein angenehmer Aufenthalt ihrer Gäste sehr am Herzen liegt. Wir haben uns absolut wohlgefühlt, kommen gerne wieder.

L’alloggio di Beatrice è un piccolo gioiello nascosto in una zona residenziale di Venezia. Oltre il muro d’ingresso si cela un bel cortiletto da cui si accede all’appartamento, un grazioso bilocale molto pulito, con una cucina molto fornita e una camera da letto molto spaziosa. Beatrice, oltre ad averci fatto trovare prodotti per la colazione, ci ha accompagnati personalmente all’appartamento e ci ha dato molti consigli su locali della zona e su come muoverci in città. Assolutamente consigliato!

We had a truly wonderful stay at your beautiful home. The location was perfect — just a short walk from the railway station and close to all the essential places we needed. Beyond the convenience, what truly made our stay exceptional was the hospitality of Enzo and Mariangela. They were incredibly warm, helpful, and welcoming — perhaps the best Airbnb hosts we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like part of their family. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures: spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained. Enzo and Mariangela absolutely deserve the title of Superhosts. If anyone deserves more than 5 stars, it’s definitely them. We had such a memorable experience with you, and we’d love to return as your guests again someday. It was a very pleasant stay. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to the host for reserving breakfast for us; the bread and jam were both delicious, and the kitchen was very suitable for our family to cook by ourselves. Secondly, considering we brought children, the host prepared a brand new and clean baby crib for us. Each bedroom was very comfortable, suitable for family trips, and the host living next door gave us a sense of security. Thirdly, it was very convenient for travel, with both public transportation and the train station being nearby, and there were supermarkets and breakfast shops nearby, which were very convenient. Finally, I would like to thank the host for allowing us to check in early and leave later, which brought great convenience to our family with children. Thank you very much.

Mon épouse et moi avons passé un très bon séjour chez Paola et Roberto. C'est un couple charmant et très accueillant. Ils nous ont accueillis à l'aéroport ce qui est un plus, important. La maison est magnifique dans un quartier calme et agréable. Ils nous ont été de bons conseils pour les transports en commun. Nous les recommandons vivement, vous ne le regretterez pas. Nous reviendrons surement rendre visite à Paola et Roberto. Un grand Merci encore Paola et Roberto

The place was so nice and spacious! Linda was super responsive and helpful and accommodating our entire stay. It was close to an active street and the fish market. It has a great kitchen, and we were even able to use their bikes to ride around the city, which was so fun! Overall a very nice stay.

Bel appartement, très bien situé, propre et doté de toutes utilités. J’ai beaucoup apprécié le style de l’appartement (assez grand pour ma famille de 4 personnes dont 2 ados), l’ouverture vers l’eau qui me permettait de savourer tous les matins le café avec un paysage unique. Nous prenions un deuxième café (le temps que les ados se reposent un peu plus ) au Majer (rue Garibaldi , à 5 min à pied), que Nicholas nous a conseillé. Ainsi nous pouvions apporter d’excellentes choses aux enfants pour le petit déjeuner. Nous pouvions ensuite commencer nos périples à Venise. Nicholas a été très réactif à chaque question (et j’en ai eu pas mal 😃) . Il nous a donné de super conseils. J’ai bcp apprécié aussi la musique de Nicholas qui a bercé tous les moments passés dans l’appartement . Tout est près (magasins , cafés, restaurants, objectifs touristiques). Enfin, nous avons passé un super séjour dans une excellente ambiance. Je reviendrai avec plaisir . Merci Nicholas !

Wunderschöne Wohnung, perfekt ausgestattet! Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht – große Töpfe, eine große Pfanne und noch vieles mehr. Es gibt sogar eine Kaffeemaschine inklusive Kapseln. Sehr, sehr großer Kühl- und Gefrierschrank mit Eiswürfelspender und kühlem Wasser. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und technisch top – TV mit Soundsystem und Google Sprachsteuerung. Das Badezimmer ist großzügig und ebenfalls bestens ausgestattet – Shampoo, Duschgel und sogar ein Glätteisen sind vorhanden. Extremer Pluspunkt sind die gratis Sonnenliegen mit Schirm. Der Weg zum Strand ist ebenfalls sehr kurz. Weiter zu erwähnen ist der vorhandene Parkplatz für Leute, die mit dem Auto anreisen. Auch der Austausch mit Alberto war jederzeit möglich. Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt wäre die Schlafcouch, aber angesichts all der anderen positiven Aspekte kann man darüber leicht hinwegsehen.

A small but wonderful place to call home for the time we spent in Venice. You close to all the venues and there is a grocery store right around the corner. I am recommending this wonderful place to my family and friends.

Francesca is very friendly, nice and super responsive. She came to pick us up from the water boat station and walked with us to the apartment. She gave us lots of tips and restaurant recommendations. She made us feel like we are visiting a kind relative's home, not just typical airbnb. Her place is very convenient to everything you need. I would highly recommend everyone to stay here if you want to have good, safe and nice place to stay in Venice.

We absolutely loved our stay at Veronica’s place in Venice. The location is terrific - closest to the Rialto vaporetto stop, and a quick walk to St. Mark’s Square. The apartment has plenty of space, and we loved the balconies. Veronica was great to work with, and very responsive. Definitely a great choice for a stay in Venice!

Séjour magnifique à Venise. Marya la propriétaire est très réactive concernant les demandes diverses et variées. Le logement est bien situé au calme et très agréable. Je recommande vivement !

Best location to stay in Venice! Close to everything with great shops and food places!

Lucia makes you feel at home right away. And what a place to call home. The area is an absolute delight - away from the noise but close to everything you could want. The apartment itself is nice and the amenities are absolutely exceptional. She has stocked up generously on absolutely everything you could need - from chargers, sunscreen, towels, fruits and food. Furthermore the bed is unassuming but comfortable - your back will not be hurting. I wholeheartedly recommend this little oasis in Venice and give my sincerest praise to Lucia for exceptional hosting.

En tant que femme voyageant seule je me suis sentie totalement à l'aise chez Ana Paola. Elle et ses fils sont très accueillants et rassurants. La chambre et la salle de bain sont agréables et le logement se trouve à côté d'une station de bus qui mène directement à Venise. Je reviendrai avec plaisir chez Ana Paola et je ne peux que la conseiller !

Antonella’s place was so beautifully set up - the breakfast was delightful & presented so lovely as well ! Antonella was extremely responsive & more than happy for us to leave our bags whilst we explored after check out - would definetly stay again !

Die Unterkunft von Alessandro ist in perfekte Lage, sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein privates Bad und war schön sauber. Die Küche ist nicht geeignet zum kochen aber für ein kurzes Aufenthalt schon in Ordnung. Es gab Snacks, Kaffee und Milch zum Frühstück inklusiv :) Alessandro war sehr pünktlich, freundlich und hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Stefania is wonderful! Our flight was delayed, then the bus from Treviso station went straight passed us. Difficult getting a taxi as local music festival on! We kept Stefania upto date eventually we got a taxi to her place. She drove to a local pizzeria as it was late, it was fantastic food. Primavera pizzeria, 2 pizzas, 2 beers 4 fantas. €45, under £40. Left the next day after a fantastic breakfast. Comfy beds and great shower. Just wished we had stayed longer. Thank you Stefania 🤩 love Lorna & Rich

Natalia ve Andrei harika bir ev sahibi. Çok cana yakın ve yardımseverler. Andrei evle ve şehirle ilgili tüm detayları incelikle ve nezaketle anlattı. Ev ve konumu ise müthişti. Odalar, banyo, teras, kahvaltı alanı, vs hepsi mükemmel derecede temiz, bakımlı ve huzur doluydu. Evin bulunduğu bölge de muhteşem. Otobüs durağına birkaç adım mesafede. Tarihi merkeze birkaç durak. Kısaca anlatacak çok şey var ama en iyisi gidin ve kendi gözlerinizle görün. Venedik'e gidecek varsa önce burayı kontrol etsin, eğer yer yoksa o zaman diğer alternatiflere baksın. Bu güzel deneyim için teşekkürler Andrei ve Natalia.

Eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und eine tolle Unterkunft. Unss hat es an nichts gefehlt . Wenn wir irgendwann nochmal in der Gegend sein werden dann kommen wir gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.

Had a great experience at Alessandro's place. He was very responsive to questions and needs. He met us at check in, provided maps and great insights to Venice, things to do, things to avoid to maximize our time there. He provided a lovely continental breakfast each morning and straightened up while we were out. The location is off a main walkway so it was quiet at night for a peaceful sleep. Great location near the Ponte Rialto and not far to the train station. We were able to walk with our luggage in about 10 minutes.
