Integrated into our existing vacation home Mateo (a wooden house), it offers a unique view over the climatic spa and wine town of St. Martin. Ground floor apartment The description says it's a shared pool. It is used by ourselves from time to time. There is a possibility to reserve the pool every day for several hours. You have private access to the pool from the apartment! From early summer 2026 there will be an exclusive sauna, which can be booked optionally. Smoking is allowed outdoors only!! Pets are allowed but please clarify BEFORE booking and specify in the request.

This spacious apartment is centrally located in the center of St. Martin. It consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with a sofa bed 140 x 200 for 2 people. In the separate bedroom there is a box spring bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. So this apartment can accommodate 2-4 people. The apartment also has a bathroom with shower and toilet.
