Charming Seaside House in Forio The house is just a short distance from Forio’s port, easily reachable by taxi in just 5 minutes or by bus, with a stop only 2 minutes away on foot. For those who prefer to drive, a free parking spot for small vehicles is available. ⚠ To access the accommodation, you need to go down an external staircase with 20 steps. The descent is simple and safe, but we mention it in advance to ensure full transparency for all our guests. This two-level property, approximately 120 sqm in size, also features a spacious terrace and a balcony with stunning sea views. The bright apartment offers sea views from every room and is situated in a peaceful, natural setting. It includes: Private Entrance 3 Bedrooms 3 Bathrooms Living Room Kitchen Balcony Terrace Lower Floor: THE FIRST BEDROOM features a new, comfortable double bed, a two-door wardrobe with wooden hangers, a sea-view desk with a chair, and a private router for optimal Wi-Fi connectivity, perfect for remote work. The room is equipped with bed linens, extra pillows, and both a spring and winter blanket. Adjacent to this room is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and toothpaste. UPPER FLOOR : A few steps up leads to the living room, which offers a full sea view. This area includes a comfortable sofa bed, a smart TV, air conditioning, a fridge with a freezer, a dining table for 6, and a large cupboard with all necessary cooking utensils including cutlery, pots, and glasses. The living room also has a small sea-view kitchen equipped with a large oven and cooking essentials (salt, oil, sugar, coffee, pepper, vinegar), and a cabinet with laundry and cleaning supplies. Next to the living room are TWO MORE BEDROOM, each with a new, comfortable double bed and breathtaking views of Cava dell'Isola. THE FIRST BEDROOM is furnished with a four-door wardrobe and bed linens, with an adjacent bathroom featuring a shower cabin. THE SECOND BEDROOM is spacious and has a four-door wardrobe; it can accommodate an extra cot if needed for a seventh person. This room also includes a private bathroom without a shower but with a bidet and towels. ADDITIONAL COMFORT: Air conditioning is available IN ALL ROOMS THE TERRACE , accessible from both the living room and bedrooms, is the highlight of the house: an outdoor area with a sea view, featuring a table for 4/8 people, new cushioned outdoor sofas, sun loungers, a beach chair, and a barbecue. Next to the terrace, a balcony with a fountain is equipped with a bucket, broom, and dustpan. Art enthusiasts will enjoy the paintings displayed throughout the house. Additionally, a private path near the house leads quickly to the famous Cava dell'Isola beach. The entire house, terrace, and balcony are for the exclusive use of the guests.

Located in the very central Piazza Marina, in front of the beach and the Port of Casamicciola Terme, Casa Donè is a well-kept residence consisting of a large kitchen/dining room, a bedroom with an adjoining mezzanine equipped with a sofa and armchairs, a living room with a sea view (with an additional bed/fake wardrobe with a queen-size bed) and a comfortable bathroom. Plus a large terrace overlooking Procida and the Campania coast. Casa Donè, with multilingual check-in, is ready to host you starting in April 2018.

Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.

La Casa sul Corso

A stone's throw from the port of Forio (5 min walk) immersed in the historic center and close to many points of interest, is "La Casa sul Corso". The recently renovated apartment is located on the ground floor and enjoys a view of the children's park and the main street of the village. My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning
