Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Vera-Playa

Good apartment for it's price (at least for the beginning of November): perfect location near the sea and restaurants, flat is well equipped. Make sure that you asked about boiler (takes some tome to be hot), about fridge, about heat (it was cold in November nights). Javier is a very responsive host - if you need anything (it's even better to do that in advance) ask Javier.

Todo correcto. La anfitriona nos facilito en todo momento detalles de todo tipo. El apartamento cumple muy bien. Decir que hemos estado en el mes de abril, por lo que el tema del calor en la vivienda no puedo evaluarlo, si bien las habitaciones tienen ventilador de techo. Resumiendo, 100% aconsejable.

This was an absolutely brilliant find for us on a longer holiday in Spain, and over a number of locations this was definitely our favourite stay! The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the outdoor space was amazing. Such a wonderful place to relax, have a swim, BBQ and have a beer or two! Martyn and Marie were wonderful hosts, quick to respond and very happy to give us privacy for the rest of our stay. We really enjoyed this and would 100% recommend.

Egbert was really helpful before, during and after our stay. the location of the house is really good and has a variety of areas to eat out in the shade or sun. the pool has a grassy shaded area with a good selection of sun beds supplied by Egbert. the pool is a good size and never gets crowded even in August! the info book was really useful and thoughtfully put together with many useful suggestions of where to visit in the area. Although we have been visiting the area for many years we even found new places to visit. the Lunar Cable park and inflatables at the resevoir was a good morning out and our grand children loved the infatable obstacle course. there is a good snack bar on site. Get there early and allow a couple of hours only. we often eat at Triana in the Valle de Este resort as the food is great and always consistent quality. if you dont fancy a full meal you can just work your way through the tapas! great holiday, great house and great hosts! enjoy!

Wir waren schon öfters in playa vera und können sagen, dass dieses Apartment zu den Besten gehört. Alles ist genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Super Strandlage, um schon vor dem Frühstück ein Bad im Meer zu genießen. Die Terrasse bietet Sonne von morgens bis abends. Auch Möglichkeiten für Beschattung sind ausreichend vorhanden. Sehr gepflegte Wohnung, beste Kommunikation mit Nicolas. Wir danken für das Vertrauen und wünschen uns eine Wiederholung.

Мы прекрасно провели месяц в этом доме со своими друзьями. Дом очень комфортный для проживания 2ух семей с детьми. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания. Гостиная очень просторная, в ней широко открываются двери на улицу и на террасу, это создаёт очень приятную атмосферу. Дом находится на горке, из-за этого там прекрасный вид на море и другие дома. Нас встретил и показал дом отец хозяина дома. С ним было очень легко и приятно общаться. Большое вам спасибо. С радостью вернёмся ещё.

We loved Paris’ house. Beautiful, convenient, close to the center of town but tucked away on a quiet back street that felt private and exclusive. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Views from the roof are gorgeous. Paris was always there to answer a question and Stephen gave us a warm welcome and straightforward easy instructions. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Mojacar.

Wir waren 2,5 Monate da und haben unseren Aufenthalt im Winter sehr genossen. Die meisten Wohnungen waren leer in der Anlage zu dieser Zeit, was es sehr ruhig machte. Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet und die Dachterrasse war ein Highlight um schnell rauszukönnen ohne gleich die Wohnung verlassen zu müssen.

We stayed here for around 7 weeks, the apartment is fantastic with everything you need and it has great views. Close to beach and bars and a supermarket. We really enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be back to Vera Playa again soon. Fermín was a great host and communicated before and during our stay.

Nos encantó el sector y el apartamento de Nuria. Muy ordenado y limpio y con todas las comodidades para pasar una entretenida y relajada estancia. A 10 minutos de la playa caminando y podíamos llevar las sillas de playa que había disponibles en el piso. La terraza fue de las mejores cosas para disfrutar de las tardes fresquitas además del amplio jardín que existe dentro de la urbanización para salir a caminar entre las palmeras y el césped.

Me quedé un mes y estuve muy a gusto, tenía todo lo necesario para una larga estancia y todo estaba limpio y funcionaba bien. Ignacio respondía rápido a mis dudas y fue muy amable . Habia un libro muy útil con instrucciones de los electrodomésticos de la casa y las vistas del estudio son bonitas. Me sorprendió que incluso hubiera netflix. Genial

Apartamento limpio, bien ubicado y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. La terraza con el jacuzzi es una pasada. La piscina comunitaria es grande y con el agua calentito, está genial para los peques. La playa está muy cerquita y además hay comercios y restaurantes muy cerca. Ha sido genial poder meter el coche en el parking subterráneo, la plaza es muy grande y está enfrente de la puerta de acceso. La única cosa a tener en cuenta es que no es accesible ya que tiene escaleras para acceder a todo, pero hemos estado tan agusto que no nos ha importado. Sin duda un sitio para repetir. La demeure de Mikel, est un lieu où il fait bon vivre, on s y sent comme chez soit. Ultra équipé tout y est lave linge/vaiselle, double salle de bain et toilettes, suite parentale, et chambre lit double, Tv, wifi. balcon terrasse. C'est un lieu loin du bruit des villes comme Garrucha ou Mojacar. Tout y est pour souffler, se recueillir. Dans la résidence terrain de paddle, piscines extérieure et intérieure. Parking privé abrité. A 8 min en voiture il y a des terrains de tennis, la plage, et à 12 min un Club de Golf et le restaurant. Je recommande vivement et je reviendrais. Merci aussi à Isabel qui entretien les lieux qu on respect jusqu'au départ en le laissant tel qu on l a trouvé propre et rangé. Un grand merci à Mikel pour sa confiance et sa gentillesse.

Helen y David son excelentes anfitriones. La casa es preciosa y tiene todo lo que necesites. Lo único que quiero comentar es que la presidenta de la comunidad era muy molesta y los niños no podían jugar tranquilamente. Pero aún así, merece la pena.

Lovely stay here for 5 days. The place was spotless and a comfy bed, private garden with loungers and outside seating and right next to the communal pool. Loads to do nearby especially if you rent a car. Would definitely stay again.

We had a minor issue when we arrived but this was very quickly sorted. The apartment was very comfortable and the outside space was perfect for us.

This is a neat and tidy 1 bed accommodation with a large roof terrace which is amazing depending on if and who is using the adjoining property then privacy can be an issue for some. The pool is amazing and it’s in a great location with shops bars and restaurants( of which there is a wide range)all within a short walking distance and Garrucha town is just a Km walk along a lovely promenade where are more seafood restaurants and the excellent Mercadona Supermarket. Adrian is an exceptional host he responds very quickly to any issues that may arise and his advice and recommendations are spot on. Overall a very pleasant stay.

I highly recommend this place. We absolutely loved our stay here it’s exactly as pictured beautiful and clean. We will definitely return.
