Holiday rentals with lake access in Verbania

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Wohnung von Marco. Patrizia mit Hund Lilli sind vor Ort und super nett. Egal was ist sie hilft immer weiter und gibt Tips für die Gegend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, perfekt sauber und man hat alles, was man braucht und von der Terrasse aus hat man eine fantastische Aussicht auf den See und die drei Inseln. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Séjour calme et reposant. La communication était facile et efficace. Accessible en train, à 10-15 minutes à pied de la gare. Merci pour tout :)

Tolles gemütliches Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Das Haus ist aufgrund der Größe und Ausstattung vor allem für Paare gut geeignet. Aber auch unserer Tochter (fast 4 Jahre) hat es super gefallen. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr originell ausgestattet,das hat mir gut gefallen. Kleinkinder sollten entweder noch nicht laufen oder sehr gut Treppen laufen können. Es war sehr sauber und alles Notwendige wie z.B. Geschirrtücher oder Spülmaschinenmittel waren vorhanden. Es steht keine unnötige Deko herum. Marco ist sehr sehr nett, antwortet schnell und insgesamt war alles komplikationslos.

Paola is a super host, she makes you feel right at home, including our 2yr old border collie. The lake view at the flat is the highlight of our stay. The little personal touch provided by Paola is the added bonus on top. The garden and the surrounding hikes and lake is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended

Casa Longhi is a beautiful place located right in the centre of this historic village and close to the lake. The casa is historic (built in 1456 - note; the plumbing has been upgraded since! 🤣). It retains its old world charm and ambiance. It is has a very comfy bed and everything was spotlessly clean. The washing machine is a bonus. Nicolo is a fabulous friendly host. Highly recommended - Grazie.!!

Soggiornare nella casa su 3 piani di Romina è stata un’esperienza piacevole (nonostante il brutto tempo): ci siamo sentiti subito a casa! La posizione è strategica, a due passi dal centro, ristoranti e dalla stazione dei traghetti, zona silenziosa, all’interno di un cortile privato. Casa e spazi molto curati. Consigliata

My husband, my children and I stayed at Sebastiano’s place for three days and we have collected lots of nice memories for life. The views of this place are amazing. It is very comfortable and has in the surroundings many places to visit, or to do water sports. It was very easy to arrive by public transport and also to move from there to every sightseeing in the region. The house is very homie, and the kitchen had everything we needed, The pool is big plus and has a very relaxing atmosphere. We will come back for sure.

Wir waren vor einigen Jahren schon einmal da - es hat uns damals wie heute richtig gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet genug Raum, um sich auch mal drinnen aufzuhalten (bei Krabbelkindern ist ein sonnenfreier Platz mit Klimaanlage zwischendurch auch toll :)). Die Möglichkeit, sich unten einen Cappuccino zu holen und auf dem eigenen Balkon zu trinken, haben wir da dann auch gerne genutzt. Die Kommunikation mit Francesca war sehr unkompliziert und schnell, Check-in und Check-out waren ebenfalls sehr einfach und flexibel. Wir können uns durchaus vorstellen, auch noch ein drittes Mal hierher zu kommen. :)

Nicolò's place was clean and airy, free of clutter, but with lovely art on the walls and great books and magazines too, the right balance of personal touches. Bed linen was brand new, everything was spotless. Lovely view of mountains and a bit of lake to one side and a great location. Suna is cute and quiet and the flat is very close to the lake, right where there's a small beach, plus cafes and restaurants. Nicolò also sent us a great guide of the whole area and let us use his parking spot which, unlike many buildings in the area, was easy to come in and out of, and spacious. There is indeed no wifi, as it says on the listing, but it was not a problem for us. We definitely recommend and will be back. :)

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft! Alles war genauso, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben – wenn nicht sogar besser. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage war ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch gut angebunden, mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Gastgeber sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar für Fragen oder Anliegen. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Herz und Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine angenehme, stressfreie Unterkunft suchen!

Cet appartement logé dans une magnifique propriété est splendide. Elle est situé face au lac dans une environnement verdoyant et fleuri. L’intérieur est cosy, bien aménagé et fonctionnel. Le grand balcon est un vrai plus : nous avons pu y prendre nos repas tout en admirant la vue magnifique sur le lac. L’accès privé au lac est également un vrai privilège. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et remercions notre hôte pour sa réactivité et ses précieux conseils.

A great base for exploring Lake Maggiore. Really good sized house with two bathrooms at a very reasonable price. The house was very close to either a public or private beach. Five minute walk to the Baveno town – and with easy access to the wider Maggiore area via the train station/ferry. Carlo was a perfect host – with friendly, clear communication as well as recommendations for the local area. Grazie Carlo!

Fabio und seine Frau sind sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Es war uns eine Freude sie als Gastgeber zu haben.

Guiseppe und Mary haben mich herzlich empfangen und ich habe mich von Beginn bis Ende meiner Reise super wohl gefühlt. Der Weg runter in die Stadt ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Bergauf aber schon anstrengend bei warmen Temperaturen. Die Wohnung ist auch an heißen Tagen schön kalt. Ich habe in Laveno eine sehr schöne Zeit gehabt. Sei es für Wanderungen, Fahrten mit der Fähre oder ruhige Zeiten an den tollen Stränden (Reno, Cerro, Caldé). Ich empfehle die Wohnung weiter und würde wenn es bei mir passt auch gerne wieder kommen! Außerdem stehen Guiseppe und Mary gerne zu Rat, wenn es Fragen gibt. Bin mehr als zufrieden!

Perfect stay at Giuseppe's apartment. It was perfectly located for us on Stresa and extremely spacious and clean. Plenty of storage and great amenities. Giuseppe had great communication and the instructions were easy to follow. We would 100% return.

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern dort und haben die Ruhe und die Kulisse sehr genossen. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet mit allem was man sich nur wünschen kann. Emanuele war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Tout est conforme à l'annonce. Super endroit pour visiter la région de Locarno.

Nous étions un groupe de 9 personnes et nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison au bord du lac Majeur. L’emplacement est absolument magnifique, avec une vue imprenable. Le chemin pour y accéder nous aura donné quelques frissons mais le jardin est un vrai havre de paix, parfait pour profiter du calme et de la nature environnante. L'arrivée autonome et le départ autonome nous aura donné beaucoup de flexibilité, les instructions de Stefano et sa réactivité était parfaites. Un grand merci pour l’accueil chaleureux et tous les petits détails qui ont rendu notre séjour si agréable.

Wir waren 1 Woche mit 2 mittelgroßen Hunden in der Unterkunft. Schöner umzäunter Garten allerdings nicht unbedingt ausbruchsicher, je nach Größe und Willen des Hundes. Tolle Aussicht, viele Wanderwege. Schöner kleiner Ort, ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand durch den Wald. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Das Restaurant im Ort war gut mit freundlicher Bedienung. Duschen war wegen der Stufe in der Wanne etwas abenteuerlich.

First of all, this location is absolutely outstanding. It is directly on the lake just south of town. The island is front and center and it is so peaceful and quiet. We loved lounging next to the lake in the afternoons, watching the ducks swim and the boats sail by. The “cottage” itself is compact but perfectly comfortable for 2-3 people. It is very bright and airy, although it would have been great to have screens on the sliding glass doors so we could have breezes at night. We had an unusual check in experience, which was mostly our own fault. We followed the check in directions online; we should have read the House Rules before check in! Because we didn’t, we ended up in the wrong house where the keys didn’t work, so we climbed in a window, only to subsequently learn that someone else lived there! So DO read the House Rules before arrival. Our only suggestion…the cottage is not as well stocked as other AirBnB’s where we have stayed. AirBnB should have a minimum level expect

We were very kindly hosted by Valerie's father Angelo, who was always available for questions during our entire stay. Angelo was always super friendly and helpful, we felt very welcome. The cute boathouse and the large property on which it stands is simply a dream. You can't live any closer to the water. Everything is very lovingly arranged and furnished. As you can see in the photos, the interior is rather 'rustic'. If you prefer modern and minimalist, this is not the place for you. We found it very cozy. The bed has spring mattresses, which are rather hard. If you want a softer bed, you might want to bring a topper :) We really enjoyed our stay in this little paradise and would love to come back! Thank you Angelo for the great time with you.

Wir haben wunderschöne 4 Tage im Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist genial und der private Strand ist einfach traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war schnell und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sauber und der Garten mit der wunderschönen Aussicht ist genial. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Hunden und für uns war es perfekt. Die Hunde können nicht vom privaten Strand ins Wasser (Wasser ist nur über 2 Leitern begehbar) aber 10m vom Haus entfernt können sie ganz einfach baden. Die Stelle ist toll um mit den Hunden zu baden. Die Wendeltreppe war für unsere (Mittelgrossen) Hunde auch nicht machbar aber sie haben problemlos oben im Wohnzimmer geschlafen und wir schliefen unten im Schlafzimmer. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und das Recyclin System vom Gastgeber perfekt vorbereitet. Alles war sehr sauber bei unserer Ankunft. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen und werden definitiv wieder zurückkommen.
