L'appartamento è progettato per garantire la privacy necessaria a due famiglie. La zona è molto tranquilla, con numerosi posti auto. Ci sono molti luoghi interessanti raggiungibili in breve tempo in auto. Il check-in è stato veloce e Paolo è stato gentilissimo.

Manuel ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er hat sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert und uns sehr gut weitergeholfen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Zum Glück gibt es eine Klimaanlage und einen richtig schönen Balkon. Da die Mücken uns lieben hätten wir uns über ein Mückennetz an der Balkontür gefreut. Das Auto in der Box parken zu können, fanden wir sehr gut. Vielen Dank , dass wir zu Gast sein durften. Wir werden sicher nochmal wieder kommen.

This was a great place for a long weekend. The view is amazing and the apartment is in a very nice area. We enjoyed it a lot!

Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Lugano! We had a fantastic stay at Carlos's apartment in Lugano. The location couldn't be better—just steps away from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for travel and exploring the area. The apartment itself was clean and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. Carlos was an exceptional host—warm, responsive, and thoughtful. When we requested an iron, he went out of his way to provide one right away, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lugano. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and great hospitality!

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is well kept and very spacious for two people. The location is not very convenient only because we did not have a rental car planned for this trip. The train station is 18 mins away but the route to and from is not the best without a car. Otherwise we enjoyed every part of our trip and appreciate Mattia's help throughout. I will recommend this stay if you are looking for an airbnb in Castellanza.

We had a great stay at Julia's apartment and felt very well looked after by our hosts, who were helpful, responsive and flexible. They organised taxis for us and came up with a great solution for our suitcases on the last day. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped and very well positioned by the main square. There are indeed a lot of steps to climb, but we found them manageable and were rewarded by lovely views across the lake. We were given very good recommendations of places to eat and drink by the hosts and we were not disappointed! Many thanks to Alice and her team!

Alles war super. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit vor Ort. Den Pool hatten wir fast die ganze Zeit für uns alleine. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich.

Sehr schöne und große Unterkunft. Für eine Gruppe oder größere Familie wirklich super geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit Mirko hat immer blitzschnell funktioniert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Highlight war der Pool und der Zapfhahn für Bier. 😊

Es war wunderschön und super sauber! Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet und auch das Bad war sehr modern. Die Kommunikation vorab mit Enrica war hilfreich und freundlich, uns wurden genaueste Hinweise mit Bildern zur Anreise und dem Weg vom Parkplatz zur Unterkunft gegeben. Ja, es ist wirklich anstrengend mit viel Gepäck über die vielen Treppen hochzulaufen, aber das wussten wir ja vorher und die Unterkunft ist es absolut wert! Man sollte beachten, dass es sich um ein altes, aber renoviertes Haus handelt: die Türrahmen sind sehr niedrig und ich (1.77m) musste immer mal den Kopf einziehen. Zudem ist man mitten in der Natur und natürlich gibt es dann auch mal den einen Käfer, den man freundlich hinausbitten darf. Aber das gehört dazu :) Unsere Hündin konnte im umzäunten Garten frei herumlaufen und es war ein super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Die Serpentinen sind ziemlich herausfordernd, wenn man es nicht gewohnt ist, aber man wird mit einem herrlichen Ausblick belohnt. :)

J'ai passé un mois très agréable dans l'appartement de Roberta. Il est situé de façon stratégique : j'ai pu découvrir le Lac Majeur mais aussi les lacs de Mergozzo, d'Orta, de Varèse ( piste autour), de Comabbio(tour), de Monate, de Locarno, de Côme. Il y a diverses villas historiques pas loin et d'autres, plus célèbres, un peu plus loin. Les deux jardins de l'appartement (à l'est et à l'ouest) sont très agréables : leur verdure est très reposante. Le parc dans lequel se trouve l'appartement sert de zone tampon entre la ville où il y a une circulation incessante et vous. Ça vaut le coup d'en faire le tour pour admirer les arbres immenses. L'appartement est équipé de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin au quotidien. Les deux places de parking côte à côte évitent de manœuvrer. Roberta est disponible et toujours prête à aider. Elle m'a même trouvé une dog sitter super. Il y a une boucle( 3 km) à faire en partant à pied de l'appartement(2/3 dans les bois). Jolie spiaggia Guree Monvalle à 7mn

Es hat alles super geklappt und es hat uns da sehr gefallen und wir würden sofort wiederkommen. Es war alles wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Einfach super. Schnelle und sehr freundliche Kommunikation.

Casa attrezzata di tutto quello che può servire (dai detersivi, alle stoviglie, alla biancheria,). Cucina rifornita di tutto, sia dal punto di vista dei piatti, bicchieri, etc., che dal punto di vista degli alimenti necessari per cucinare (sale, zucchero, olio, spezie, caffè, the,etc) Piscina e idromassaggio fantastici

Host cortesissimi e disponibilissimi, posizione eccezionale, nessun problema al check-in e al check-out, comunicazioni rapide e affidabili. Da segnalare assolutamente!

Het huis van Gianluigi is zeer mooi en praktisch ingericht. De ligging is goed: je kan vele kanten uit en je hebt veel mogelijkheden om iets te bezoeken. Gianluigi is zeer vriendelijk en bereid om te helpen indien nodig.

Lovely, authentic house in central Baveno. The three balconies are lovely, especially the rooftop terrace with the lake view. It is a ten minute walk from the lake and old town, 5 minutes to the trian station ad 15 minutes to a small supermarket. The communication with Emanuelle is great, the check in was super easy and he was there with anything that we needed from him.

Host molto disponibile e cordiale, posizione ottima per visitare le bellezze del lago d’Orta e delle valli circostanti, con supermercati e servizi nelle immediate vicinanze. Consiglio assolutamente.

Tudo ótimo, super facil de encontrar e entrar. Os hosters são extremamente gentis e pacientes. Super recomendo.

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vom Esszimmer und vom Balkon hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See. Die Garage ist groß genug für ein Auto und zwei Fahrräder. Der öffentliche Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert!

We had a great stay, Ivan was extremely quick to respond to any messages before and during the stay. We stayed with 3 children from the age 9 to 1 and they all had a great time at the property, especially in the garden which was extremely safe for all of them. The property was very well equipped, plenty of towels etc and had lots of extras which were much appreciated, especially the games for the kids and the coffee for the adults. We loved the area and enjoyed walking to the shops, the river and the playground (all mentioned in the description) and the local bakeries are definitely worth visiting! For going further, we found it perfectly located for day trips to Stressa and Como and always found parking outside which was very convenient!

Absolutely charming apartment! It has a homey feel. In the common room there is a coffee machine with a large selection of capsules. I'm afraid I used all the strong ones. 😀 Quiet, peaceful place, very easy to find. There is a wonderful shop nearby with cheeses and smoked meats that you can hardly find in a supermarket. The view from the balcony is just incredible.

Wir haben eine Woche in der Wohnung von Roberto und Elisa verbracht. Wir hatten großes Glück mit dem Wetter und genossen alle Mahlzeiten auf dem Balkon mit einem grandiosen Blick auf den Ortasee. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit. Als ich ihnen schrieb, dass Kochdeckel fehlen, lagen diese wenige Minuten später vor der Tür. Frisches Obst, Kaffeepulver, Gebäck und Getränke im Kühlschrank empfingen uns, als wir die Wohnung betraten. Der Check-In mit Schlüsselbox war unkompliziert.
