Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Verde River

Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Pool was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the day. How's was clean and comfortable. Nice golf courses nearby. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful, overnight stay at Sheynnas place. Quick, last minute getaway for our family and she was super accommodating. Lovely and clean home, BUT, the outdoor space is where it’s at. Beautiful, lush landscaping surrounding the pool, with an awesome water feature. Clean grill and propane fire pit to cozy up to. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Beds were super comfortable. We are super happy with the short time we had!

An unforgettable girls’ trip! We loved every moment—late-night chats under the stars on the rooftop deck, splashing around in the in-ground pool, and peaceful walks through the charming neighborhood. Our local adventures took us to Salt River tubing in Mesa, a lively dinner at Cala in Scottsdale and brunches at Amelia’s by EAT and Lucy’s, but coming back to this cozy retreat made it all even better. This home was the perfect backdrop for our memories, and we can’t wait to return!

I cannot say enough about this home. We arrived kind of late and got right in thanks to the instructions. We settled in nicely and felt right at home. Waking up the next morning to the beautiful scenery we were not able to see in the dark the night before, immediately started our day off wonderfully. We made a cup of coffee and sat by the pool, soaking it all in. The home is beautiful and well stocked/furnished. Curtis was a great communicator and answered all of my questions within minutes. I kept saying the whole time we were there that we will book again! By far our best stay yet 10 out of 10!

The house was absolutely beautiful, the views were gorgeous as well. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back. It is so close to everything yet secluded which was very nice. The host answered all my questions right away and was very helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at Sacha's home in Arizona! The neighborhood was incredibly quiet and peaceful — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The house itself was spotless clean, clearly very well taken care of, and had everything I needed. I also loved how conveniently located everything was — shops, restaurants, and attractions were all just a short drive away. Sacha was a great host, and I would absolutely stay here again!

This house was the perfect location for a Grand Canyon/Phoenix vacation. After our visit to the GC, the rest of our visit was enjoyed in this property. The pool table was the surprise highlight of my youngest daughter’s trip. My teenager said, “it was okay”, which is HIGH praise. We spent a hot afternoon lounging in the indoor pool. And the main living area is the place to be during sunrise. The kitchen was well equipped to meet our culinary needs. It was definitely large enough for my family of four. If I were to return to Phoenix, this house will be where I will stay.

Beautiful home with amazing views. The home was exactly what we needed- nice and clean and comfortable beds after hiking. Loved the local trails and loved the area with a market nice and close.

I would definitely recommend if you're in the area. It was absolutely perfect for a short trip, and I'm sure would be great for a longer stay!

Our stay at Steve and Shirley’s place was absolutely wonderful! They thought of every detail. Shirley’s response time was immediate. Directions to the location were spot on. Instructions during our time of stay were clear and left nothing to question. Although, if we had a question Shirley would have been ready to answer! The location is quite a treat! The amount of love Steve put into building such a beautiful property is apparent. The way the nearby river was diverted onto their property to create calming flows of water in different areas of the grounds, and eventually into a pond was masterfully done. My husband and I enjoyed exploring the area taking in all the details of the property. My favorite place was the hot tub hut which was open to the views and the sounds of nature! We would hands down stay here or in one of the other rentals again!

Took my girlfriend here for a late birthday trip and couldn’t recommend this place enough. I had a special request that was by no means required, and they went above and beyond, which my girlfriend loved. Super responsive, super clean and peaceful place to stay. If you’re wanting to stay in Sedona, this is definitely the place to go. So many nice amenities and the views from this place are the best I’ve ever seen in my Sedona trips. My only complaint is that I only stayed here one night and wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Pam’s place was great. It looked nice on the website but was even better than expected in person. It is very spacious, up to date, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed. The place keeps very cool as well, it was 90+ degrees most days and we didn’t use the air conditioning once. The bed is super comfy and the curtains block out almost all light, making it the perfect place to get a great night’s sleep. Also a great view from the outdoor patio. Would love to stay here again in the future.

We loved our stay, such a cute place with a nice private fenced in patio for us and our pup. Technically we shared a wall with the larger part of the house but we never heard a thing! Super happy with this stay, would definitely stay again!

The place was absolutely perfect for our trip to Sedona. It was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location couldn’t have been better — we were within easy walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and all the charm Sedona has to offer. The host was very responsive and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We felt that the location was ideal for us as we attended the ASU graduation and were able to explore the area with family. Being able to hop onto Scottsdale road (without hearing any street noise at night) was super convenient to go either way to Tempe, the interstate to see other areas (Phoenix, Mesa, camelback), and of course north to old and new Scottsdale. Close to very good restaurants and any store you may need. The house is what you see on the site. The casita is a small house with space and is extremely well kept and ideal for a larger group. The main house was spacious and well laid out. Everyone was happy with their rooms. Ryan had everything stocked from towels, bathroom necessities, plates, glasses, etc. The pool table came in handy for some friendly games. The covered carport is a great benefit in AZ. Another benefit is the checkout, Ryan kept it simple. Very happy with our stay and would recommend.

The sport is very to everything and is easy to access And something to note is how much it stands out among other nicer, albeit older and mature houses in this older Scottsdale neighborhood. It’s a gem. Sparkling clean. Huge for the footprint it sits in - new everything, well stocked with essentials and a very friendly host.

I don’t know where to begin! This was without a doubt one of my favorite Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. I splurged and booked for a solo trip. I felt safe in the neighborhood and felt right at home. The views are out of this world! It’s perfectly located for all the top Sedona activities! I even asked Kate if they had a cooler to store snacks and cool water for hiking, which they didn’t. BUT THEY WEBT AND BOUGHT ONE THAT AFTERNOON FOR FUTURE USE. Kate’s hospitality was outstanding. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design of the space. I could write an entire book on why you should book this Airbnb, but all you need to know is it’s a must. Book immediately!!!

The place was beautiful with large rooms and tall ceilings. The view was incredible looking out a massive picture window looking at red Sedona rocks. Had some air conditioning problems but host was receptive and responsive. Gary the repair man and was friendly and good to work with. Price of house was reasonable considering the value of the house. Great experience and would stay here again.

This home is in a peaceful area and has a magnificent view of the mountain. We loved playing in and relaxing by the pool during the day and sitting outside watching the mountain change colors as the sun went down. The host left snacks and wine and stuff for breakfast! So thoughtful! We loved staying here and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We had an incredible stay here for my bachelorette weekend. There weren’t enough blankets for the couch girls however the host dropped off 4 brand new blankets which was so kind. The only thing that would have been nice would have been some extra paper towel and dish towels. Overall our stay was incredible and we would 100% go back. Great location, great weather and great memories made. <3 Thank you!!!!

My husband and I had a great stay! The place was very clean, peaceful, and felt super private, which I really appreciated. The host was friendly and very responsive throughout the entire stay, making everything easy and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a quiet, relaxing space.

Wow, what an incredible villa, one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Such a beautiful view with hot air balloons every morning. Hot tub was excellent, pool area while shared was wonderful, the bed was insanely comfortable and the kitchen provided such useful amenities that we ended up cooking far more than expected. Lots of awesome little touches in the place. It was expensive, but worth every penny and made our trip so perfect. Only negative was building going on down the road, the occasional rock music and power tools on some days was a bit of a vibe killer but this is obviously just a temporary thing that can’t be changed!
