Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Verde River

The hosts were very accommodating. I had some sort of glitch when i booked my stay and it only booked for a single guest, so they stocked 4 towels total. When I let them know that there were more guests and I would need more towels, they immediately responded and had towels on the way. The backyard is really the highlight of the property, there’s lots to do and tons of room! We would definitely recommend staying here. Very happy with the property and the hosts!

husband and I visited for our anniversary and it was lovely! Kellie was super helpful and communicative throughout the duration. it was nice sit in the hot tub and look at the stars and she even left a couple bottles of wine for us:) I 100% recommend this place to anyone.

The house was very beautiful, and that view was even more spectacular. The host was very responsive and gave clear directions.. There were a few unreported dings and scratches to furniture and wall within the property, but once we notified the host they were addresses. Overall, great stay and host.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as described, if not better. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it easy to relax and feel at home. Derek was exceptional, friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. Anytime I had a question or needed something, they replied quickly and were super helpful. It really made a difference in the overall experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. By Far I was blown away with my son's reaction to this place he picked for his birthday. He wanted to be with Nature and this place did not disappoint. He was so in love He probably could have spent a month there. It was an amazing peaceful experience and made it so worth everything. I honestly loved the Welcome sign and everything. I will definitely be recommending to my fri3nfs.

We absolutely loved our stay here and couldn’t recommend it more, it was the perfect place to spend time with friends lounging, cooking and enjoying the pool. Will definitely be back! The beds were so comfortable, we all felt right at home. 10/10!

A wonderful stay in a great location! Vince and his team are wonderful hosts. If you want a home away from home I’d highly recommend staying here. It was so relaxing. It’s close enough to all the essentials, but still in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We were more excited to go back to the bnb most days than being out and about in the city. 10/10 chance you’ll love it

Bob was a great host, very friendly and responsive. The house was also super clean and cozy, we felt right at home and it was the perfect getaway for our vacation.

Lovely place to stay! Close to uptown Sedona and lots of restaurants. The guide that the hosts gave us was helpful to find restaurants and activities nearby when we didn’t feel like doing a ton of research ourselves. The hosts were super responsive and the Air BnB was very quiet and clean. Can’t ask for anything more!

The place was great and quiet despite having next door people there were no complaints of noise. The place was very clean and comfortable. We were able to take advantage of the play pen and baby chair for our baby which made our stay much easier! Check in was easy with the thorough instructions. The location is great for Scottsdale with many things and places to go to nearby. The pool was also great, had it all to our selves!

We stayed at this lovely condo for four nights, and we were 100% pleased with our stay. The unit was exactly as pictured and described with all the comforts of home. It was very clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub areas were lovely and quiet. Was nice to see the different types of vegetation throughout the complex. Quick drive/Waymo to some great restaurants and Old Town Scottsdale. Rene was a very pleasant and responsive host! We would not hesitate to recommend.

Just as described—this is a beautiful little place with access to pools, perfect for a relaxing stay. While it’s not very walkable for those looking to explore restaurants or bars nearby, it’s just a quick Uber ride to most spots. One big plus: it’s located very close to the zoo, which was super convenient!
