Mike and Roya’s place is beautiful. The location feels very private and safe, within close driving distance to the Griffiths Observatory, universal, the Hollywood sign, Hollywood and warner bros studio tour (to name a few). It was such a great relaxing place to spend the evenings after busy days of exploring LA. The sky terrace was amazing (wish we’d had more time to spend up there). It was clean, very well equipped, there was everything you could need, right down to tooth brushes! The bed is sooo comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting LA.

Had a great stay at Merwyn’s place in Burbank! He was a kind and thoughtful host, always helpful and made the space feel like home. The apartment was clean and comfortable the bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen were all well-maintained and had everything I needed. The location is perfect if you’re planning to visit the studios like Universal, Warner Bros, or Paramount All super accessible from here. Just a heads-up for future guests if you’re planning frequent trips to Downtown LA or the beaches, Uber rides can get pricey and public transportation isn’t the most convenient, so plan ahead. Overall, I had a really positive experience. If I do more studio tours or want to catch up with friends in Burbank, I’d definitely stay here again!

My sister and I stayed here while attending a music festival nearby at the Rose Bowl. It was a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and the host was very respectful with our privacy. The studio was also very clean and organized. It was perfect for us to wind down after a long day at the festival for the night.

We had a wonderful stay at Stacy and Brian’s guesthouse! The space is beautifully decorated with so many thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy, stylish, and welcoming. The bed and bedding were hands down the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced- we slept like babies! Stacy and Brian were the perfect hosts: friendly, respectful of our privacy, and incredibly generous. They even left us a bottle of wine along with some snacks and drinks to enjoy—such a kind and unexpected surprise that made us feel truly cared for. The guesthouse is stocked with everything a traveler could need—they really thought of it all. We’ll absolutely be recommending this place to friends and family!

All of the other five star reviews are 100% correct! Derick’s place is exactly as it appears in the photos… And it’s absolutely spotless! I’m a clean freak and a germaphobe .. for real 😂🦠… and the bathroom was absolutely immaculate. 🧼 Check in was super easy, and there’s nice little touches like a mini fridge in the bedroom, house slippers, and even a bathrobe! The location is a little remote, but I was working in the area and this was perfect for me. Would also be great if you want someplace outside of the hustle and bustle. I’ve stayed a lot of AirBnB‘s in the last year and this one is by far the best ! Highly recommend 💖
