Such a beautiful spot on the lake!!! We had the most beautiful weekend, the kids loved he pool and the boats, nothing was missing! We would have stayed another week! Jennifer and Jose answered all our messages within a few minutes and were super accommodating. We will definitely be back!

This is a lovely house very close to New Paltz. We had a nice long weekend with the kids and loved spending time in the pool. Susan was a great host. No complaints!

The perfect family vacation.! The house has so many awesome features that even on rainy days we all had a great time. Sylwester was the best host! So responsive and was so nice to communicate with. Any issues or questions were immediately addressed. We will definitely be staying again!

I spent my birthday at this beautiful house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was spotless and full of natural light, with lovely views that made the stay even more special. The atmosphere was peaceful and clean, and the house had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped getaway!

We rented this for my brothers bachelor party and it was the PERFECT spot. Super quiet area, tons of stuff to do in the house and in the community, not to mention Masthope mountain is a beautiful spot to be at! The house was awesome and all the amenities were great, the golf sim was down while we were there which was a bummer but everything else about it was amazing!

The location of the accommodation was excellent, and I appreciated the sense of community and the activities that were provided. However, the property felt a bit dated, and the kitchen utensils and dishes were not very clean. Additionally, the outside deck could benefit from some maintenance.

It was a beautiful stay and everything were just like the photos! We enjoyed our stayed!

Lisa’s place was fun and relaxing for our family. Great place to relax and unwind all while being close to the great areas we visited. Lisa was a great host ❤️

Rick is the most responsive and helpful host I have EVER encountered. He answered all of my questions, sent someone over at 10:30 at night to assist us with an issue (that was completely our fault) and gave us plenty of advice on local attractions. This is also the first place we have stayed where there was coffee provided, cereal, granola bars and fruit cups to get your day started. The place is beautiful and in such a peaceful place. If you have an opportunity to book this, don’t wait!

We had a wonderful time in Elizabeth’s airbnb. It is just as described and it was the perfect size for a small family. Our kids loved the easy access to the lakes. Plus there are bunnies everywhere! The house is clean and well stocked. We would stay here again. Thank you, Elizabeth!

Garrett and Chad were very responsive and gave a great recommendation for dinner in town. We had an issue with the microwave not working but decided not to have it fixed while we were there since we were leaving the next day. The house and grounds are very spacious and clean. Bedrooms are good sizes. You’ll even have some deer graze right near the house. Overall a great stay!

Lisa was extremely kind and helpful before and throughout our stay. The house was beautiful and we had an awesome weekend in Warwick. Would definitely come back!

Our stay was very pleasant and peaceful. We had all the comforts of home and more. The house was spacious and the bedrooms were placed just perfect to have privacy. We used the guide book that was arranged so that we would know where the best grocery stores were and other amenities. Thank you for such perfect accommodations!

The home was pristine and beautifully designed, feeling like a brand new home. Everything was purposely placed to have exactly what you would think you’d need. The host is extremely friendly and super responsive. The views of the lake are awesome. The bedrooms are huge and the beds and bedding are extremely cozy (we all slept like babies). The duel decks are a really cool set up with the hot tub on the bottom such a cool vibe with really nice ceiling lights hanging. We came for a work escape as a team, and this was a great stay for us. The bedrooms upstairs also had their own little balconies, which is great to enjoy a morning cup of coffee before getting our day started. They also had all the amenities in the kitchen you could ever need.

We enjoyed our time here and would definitely return.

After the hustle and bustle of working near the city, this home was a much needed peaceful retreat. Spacious; Comfortable; Large bed to sink into at the end of the night; and peaceful grounds. We had our two toy poodles with us and they had a treat running the fenced in yard. If the weather cooperated, we would have been in the pool. Next time-;)

We / family had a great time together- this house has spaces large enough for many to congregate in comfortably thus making it easy for us to enjoy- found the host super attentive but didn’t utilize him due to our knowledge on things or simply being easier for to manage- because this house is set up well and conveniently located tends to always get booked - however I did suggest to the host - that the house itself needs a a few days off, maybe a week, for a slight face lift / some TLC inside and out - maintaining the property to it potential vs allowing the overall space to deteriorate to levels below premium status. Perhaps after my stay, specific points shared or maybe after the next renter, the host / owners take full inventory of the condition of the house & give well deserved time to bring the property to prestigious status and full potential.

The property is just as stunning in person as it is in the photos. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a long day of fun. The host was wonderful—responsive, thoughtful, and extremely accommodating from start to finish. Every question I had was answered promptly, and we truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. The location is also fantastic—just a short drive from local water parks and plenty of family-friendly activities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient retreat. We will absolutely be booking again!

I am in two minds about what to write in this review. On one hand, this property is truly mind blowing. It has been designed beautifully indoors and there is so much attention to detail. And then, the view…I’ve traveled a lot and the view blew my mind. On the other hand, I’m not sure I want too many other people to know about this gem..because I want to come back. And I am hoping this review doesn’t make that more difficult.

Susan was an excellent host, and everything was clean! The place had all the amenities we needed and more. Finding the location was easy, and Susan provided a wealth of information about places to visit with my family, especially taking the weather into account. I will definitely book again. Wonderful stay at this peaceful, beautiful lake house. The hosts were great in all communication and prep for our stay. Very accommodating and sincere. Response times were fast and thoughtful. Beautiful home and peaceful, clean lake. Well organized kitchen and very nice bedrooms. Upfront instructions and check out was a super breeze (no pressure to do a ton of chores like other places). Thanks to Dustin & Lisa for a great stay - they were always reachable and even helped after we had checked out (one of our party had left some very important medication) Cabin was great, the peaceful surroundings and passing Deer were just what we needed. Very conveniently located for Warwick Bethel. We also visited Wallkill and Paterson Bethels too about an hour ish drives to each. One thing to mention that we’d of benefitted from an Iron - but cabin was stacked with all other appliances and conveniences. Thanks guys - appreciate everything and we’d happily visit again and highly recommend.
