We were extremely pleased with Shinto and his house. The house and the surrounding area were more beautiful than the pictures could capture. Shinto was a very accommodating and I couldn’t ask for a better host. Will definitely be returning asap!

Such a perfect getaway spot. The house was super clean and felt like home. We took advantage of the fire pit and the grill, the hot tub was a great addition! Definitely will be coming back!

My husband and I needed some time to re-bond and boy did this place and Tom & Carol deliver. The best airbnb we've ever stayed in, very romantic, beautiful, and inspiring. They put so much love and detail into the place, it went above and beyond in terms of amenities (they had everything we needed plus so much more). I had brought a lasagna that was too big to heat in their airfryer, so they offered to put it in their oven to heat up - which was lovely of them. Honestly this place and the hosts exceeded our expectations in every way. Tom & Carol gave us a personal tour of their beautiful property, gallery and house and all of Tom's artwork - which is everywhere. Tom is so talented and answered our many, many questions. They were super welcoming to my dog as well, and our dogs even played together! My only complaint w/tongue in cheek: Tom doesn't sell his work any longer as he's building a sculpture garden and museum - I get that, but it was hard to not buy some of his incredible work.

This was a peaceful, cozy spot to enjoy a long weekend. The river view from both the house as well as the yard was a bonus feature. We spent the evenings enjoying the fire pit by the river and then retired indoors to the large, comfortable living room. Drew was very responsive to our needs of an early check-in which we greatly appreciated. 😊 We would recommend this spot. (Oh, the fishing had easy access, so we we enjoyed that as well.)

We had a great weekend getaway. All restaurants and shops were a quick walk away and we enjoyed the outside patio area. The house was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our trip. Would recommend staying here for anyone looking to stay in the Warwick area.

We had such a lovely weekend staying in this cozy cabin. The views of the river and ridge from the yard were beautiful and calming. We were able to have a late check out with ease! Definitely will be back to stay again!

A very lovely place to stay! The description matched the place exactly. We enjoyed spending a lot of time outside on the deck bird watching and even saw some fish jumping in the river. The property is also very private which was a huge plus -- no visible neighbors in any direction while spending time outside. Seth was a very responsive host and did a great job with the design of the house. There were lots of thoughtful touches that made the stay extra nice. Would love to stay again!

This beautiful property has a special place in our hearts. We stayed in the A frame during COVID and we always wanted to come back. This time we stayed in the main house and it was phenomenal. Wish the weather was better for us to use the pool, but next time! It well worth the price. Only an hr from the city and it feels like a full vacation. Wonderful way to lose time time for a few days. We will be back!

I would highly recommend this place, Tracy was very helpful. She gave us clear instructions. She had the place prepared for us. She even customized for us a card and guiding us to where everything is, the place was very clean, very well taken care of, and a lot of thoughts went into designing this place with all the amenities and comfortabilities

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Richard was extremely responsive and made everything so easy for us. He even recommended the amazing Ice Caves for our hike and it did not disappoint! Even though it rained a lot, we were still able to get use out of the hot tub and the pool on our last day. The water is soooo stinky though (as advertised) - a little hard to get used to but indeed great for your skin and hair.

I had a great time staying here. A lovely and quiet retreat. Douglas and his family were very friendly and responsive to any needs I had. The place was tidy and clean and the grounds around the house were beautiful! Will definitely be back!

Four of us humans and two pups stayed at Morgan's cozy cabin 4 nights for the Memorial Day long weekend. the living, dining, and kitchen areas are spacious for us to cook and do videos games. The cabin is located in a quiet gated community, so there were few cars passing by. We needed to check in at the entrance every time to enter the community, so we feel very safe during our stay. Also, the cabin is about 13 minutes from a huge dog park. our pups got to enjoy running around off leash going there every morning. highly recommend.

Nice place close to places to eat, nice little coffee shop real close and easy walk to train that goes to New York.

We had an unforgettable stay at this magical cabin! Izzy and Joe are amazing hosts—warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. Check-in was seamless, and since late checking was requested by them , they kindly offered a late checkout, which we truly appreciated and made our departure more relaxed. The cabin itself is even better than the photos—beautifully decorated, full of natural light, and thoughtfully designed. The bedroom and sunroom with lake views quickly became our favorite cozy spots. The private island with its dreamy daybed swing and breathtaking lake views felt like a hidden paradise, and our dog loved roaming leash-free on the island. Everything in the cabin is intuitively organized, with smart controls for lighting, shades, and TV—managed via an iPad that also contains a well-designed digital guide. We’ve stayed at many cabins over the years, and this one stands out in every way. We’re already planning to return and make this special place an annual tradition

We had the best time at The Step! Everything was absolutely perfect. We especially loved how close it was to so many great restaurants—it made exploring the area so easy. The space itself was beautiful, and the outdoor shower was such a fun and refreshing touch! We’ll definitely be back. We’re a little sad we forgot to sign the guest book, but the sweet welcome note added such a thoughtful and personal touch to our stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

It was an incredible experience. My family, my two dogs, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted by our wonderful and attentive host, John, who helped us carry our bags and belongings to the cabin. The house is a cozy 1930s cottage, nestled on a hill in a green meadow, offering peaceful views in a pristine and tranquil setting overlooking the Delaware River which was directly in front of the house. The house features beautiful antique furniture, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. We especially liked that the house was dog-friendly. It was a haven for them! It was amazing to see marmots, deer, eagles, and birds of various species, which were all part of our enjoyment. We will definitely consider staying here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and be in touch with nature. We had a great stay! The house is very nice, with a spacious backyard and plenty of things to do inside. The kitchen was well-equipped and made cooking easy and enjoyable. Clinton was quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. The grass was a bit high. Also, just a friendly reminder to be cautious about insects—we did find a few ticks on ourselves and our dogs. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and appreciated the peaceful setting and thoughtful amenities.
