The stay was very pleasant and as described. The 100€ for the final cleaning was communicated transparently, but it would be fairer to include this amount directly in the total price – then the value for money would be really great.

Maria and Claudio have been the perfect hosts. Their vacation house is so nice that you can start feel home immediately. The garden and pool ist just remarkable. We would love to come back someday!

Super complete apartment and with a privileged location since it is 100m from the train station and with a supermarket next door you have everything at hand.

We felt very comfortable with Claudia from the first moment. She welcomed us openly and courteously and enriched our stay with wonderful tips. For us, it was an oasis with a lot of peace and wonderful sunsets. We would always go on vacation with Claudia again.

We stayed 5 days and felt at home and relaxed. Location was great. The kitchen was well equipped. Lots of room, local info and books. Ilaria was extremely helpful when we needed it upon a rushed departure. Thank you!

Great place worth visiting! Flat located at a 2nd floor of 2-floor house in seperated condominium. Area is very quite, nearby train line is not noticeable. Parking possible inside of condominium premices. Very clean flat (towels, bed sheets, kitchen, bathroom). Kitchen has required minimum of what you might think of if you want to cook a breakfast or dinner. Flat plan seperates sleeping area from kitchen / guest room, thus, allowing those who want to sleep to not disturb those who would like to dring one more glass of nice wine :). Nearest sea beach reachable in 5-7 min (by car) + lots of other locations along the lengthy sea shore for different types of interests (hiking, biking, fishing, etc.). Several definitely worth visiting very nice cities in 30-60 min proximity (by car). Ludovico is a great very open friendly host, full of tips, advices, recommendations, surprising his guests with small presents (first such experience at airbnb). Thank you for the great time we had!

First of all, this is a very well appointed place with little things like olive oil, spices, make-up towels, q-tips, etc. The view from front balcony is incredible, private back terrace was really nice too. The breeze off the sea was lovely from all rooms. Super clean and kitchen was well appointed. Laura was a sweetheart and checked on us daily but in a helpful way and not at all obtrusive. Towns are lovely and we enjoyed exploring but Riomaggiore was our favorite. Would stay here again and again (and yes, the second elevator was broken so alllllll the steps helped us sleep well at night).

Very nice, well-kept and clean apartment. Well-stocked kitchen and the small breakfast included. Very convenient location near the station within walking distance and close to a pizzeria that makes very good pizzas and farinata. Overall a great stay, we are satisfied.

Roberto was very nice and helpful. His place is lovely and with creative twist. Terrace is amazing! A lot of restaurants araund offering good food. There's no parking next to the apartment, but we parked at Europark 5 minutes away.

The location of the accommodation was very good. 10 min. to LaSpezia and yet very rural. There are many excursion possibilities, including popular destinations such as Pisa and Lucca, or idyllic hiking trails directly in the area. The apartment is very nicely done and is well equipped, with everything you need. Communication with the landlord was always very quick and helpful. In total, we had very nice days in the accommodation.

But what truly sets this place apart is the breathtaking view of Fezzano port, enjoyed from the comfort of the home. And with amazing restaurants just a short stroll away, indulging in the local cuisine is an absolute delight. Our stay here was truly unforgettable, and we eagerly anticipate our return. Great place to stay to sample Tuscan village life. Only Walking distance for several very good restaurants in an idyllic setting. Very informative and welcoming hosts who have an abundance of information to share in order to make your stay more complete .

we stayed 4 days and it was very sorry to have to leave. The house is beautiful, the garden is beautiful and we also had bicycles provided. There is everything you need... the kitchen has pots,plates, glasses, induction plate and all the necessary cutlery... the bathrooms are small but complete with everything. The area is well-stocked and nearby there is the bar of the cricket that at first impact does not seem like a great deal but instead the managers are very kind and make excellent coffee and pastries for breakfast. With the bike you can easily reach Forte dei Marmi and other seaside resorts. By car you can easily reach Lucca and Pisa. The nearby villages are all very nice (Pietrasanta, Viareggio..). Highly recommended

A wonderful place, everything you need is on site. The view from the balcony is the best in the world. We have already been to Tuscany, but we will return to this place with great pleasure.

A nice accommodation that exactly matched the description with a quiet location and a large parking lot right next to it. The apartment had everything you need and nothing was missing, plus a great terrace. Check-in was very easy and communication with the host was great

Gioia’s little piece of Tuscan paradise exceeded all expectations. The apartment was lovely, the scenery gorgeous and the pool perfect for lounging amongst the lavender and olive trees, not to mention hanging out with Wolfy. Do not miss an opportunity to take the pasta making class with Graziella as she helped us craft one of the best Italian meals we’ve had! This was one of the highlights of our weeks in Europe and we can’t wait to return.

The place is an absolute find! The house is huge with beautiful spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfy . Sherif who looks over the house , welcomed us on arrival , showed us around and was present on the grounds so could help with any issues that arise . The grounds are stunning and idyllic giving you the peace and views of Tuscany . It was perfect for a family vacay with three young kids and parents . We did day trips to Pisa ( 10 min ) and Luca ( 30min) with cars we rented . All straight forward drives . My friends and family are all wanting to book to come !

It has been our second time at this place and it was perfect as always. The property is beautiful as is the cottage and we enjoyed our stay very much. Kata has been very helpful and always responded quickly. We love this area as the Tuscans are super relaxed, very friendly and welcoming.

We had a wonderful week at Monica's place. The house was lovely and spacious for two people. Monica was incredibly helpful at all times. The views are stunning, and the infinity pool is a delight. If you're looking for a peaceful relaxing stay, Monica's place is a treat. The little village of Sillico is very pretty and there are great walks in the vicinity. The house is up a 7 kilometre road so it's important to be aware that the nearest supermarket is 7km away. Overall, an amazing stay with fantastic hosts. We'd love to return. Grazie mille!!

This was a fantastic place with a great view. The host was hospitable more than he even needed to be. I enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Upon entering the accommodation, we received a very warm welcome in a very relaxing environment! Host's son helped us with lifting our luggage to the cottage. Wonderful apartment, a fantastic terrace with a great view of the mountains! Sun from morning to evening. Nice address given to a local restaurant in the village.
