You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.

Her kan man nyte stille og rolig dager i hagen, eller ta seg en tur til sjøen. Både Spjærekilen med gode bademuligheter og Kjellvika ligger i gangavstand. Generelt gode turmuligheter. Velkommen til "bua" på Hvalstrand bryggeanlegg! Bua er en trivelig liten hytte beliggende på Hvalers kanskje mest sjarmerende båthavn. Her er det stille og fredelig samtidig som man får en smak av båtlivet. Bua ligger i tilknytning til båtbryggene, så man kan forvente å treffe på folk som ferierer i båtene sine. Det er bademuligheter på stedet med badetrapp på enden av båtbrygga. Omgivelsene består av mye fin natur med skog, stier og fjell. Se mer info under bildene!
