Maria and Jean Marc are welcoming, very friendly and discreet people who immediately make you feel at home. The little house is very comfortable with everything you need to have a good stay and the neighborhood is very quiet. It was a real pleasure for me to have stayed there.

One of those ‘even better than expected’ places on Airbnb. Modern, clean, well designed apartment with amazing views over the lake. Location is great - walkable to a number of lake beaches and the village. Host is super responsive and super helpful! Would 100% stay again! 🤍

We enjoyed a great stay at Marilyne's condo. The location is excellent, a very short drive to the little village of Taillores or in the other direction easy access to Annecy. The unit looks better than the pictures, very clean, modern, with a great amount of space and two terraces, one with a beautiful view. Traveling with family the comfortable bedrooms each with a bathroom was appreciated along with the washer and dryer. Marilyne is friendly and easy to communicate with, she was very responsive to any questions we had. We would love to stay here again. Great host and great condo for families or small groups. You will not be disappointed!

We spent a week at Oliver's place and felt at home. The utensils were of good quality and complete. The location allows a view of Mt. Blanc, there is a beautiful village nearby with a bakery, supermarkets and a gas station. The region welcomes travelers with open arms, and has many important cities and attractions nearby. Oliver and Marie are great hosts, thoughtful with a lot of love for details. The children are very well behaved. The space in front of the kitchen allows for relaxation and a great rest between tours. We love that it's in place, I highly recommend it.

Exceptional stay in an enchanting setting! We spent a few unforgettable days in this accommodation nestled in the mountains. The accommodation is both warm, perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated. The view is simply breathtaking, a true haven of peace in the middle of nature. Fanny was lovely, very welcoming and available throughout our stay. Nothing was missing, from the linen to the little details that make all the difference. A perfect place to relax, hike or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. We will come back without hesitation!

The accommodation itself is beautiful and tastefully decorated with a lot of little attentions. Surroundings are incredible too. Little gem with wonderful hosts, a short ride away from Geneva, and in the lovely town of Nyon. A must ! We will be back for sure.

Excellent place, excellent host. Although this is the bottom portion of the house where the host lives, it felt like we were in our own home, it was perfect. Would book again if visiting!

hello We came to this accommodation for the second time, no surprise. Our host is very discreet and available. Very good location without being in the city center. Very clean accommodation, the only drawback is no bathroom, the shower is in the kitchen. No street noise and a closed garden for the joy of my 2 dogs. Thank you for everything.

Very nice apartment in a modern, spacious, modern and well-equipped building. Views of the mountains and the lake.

Felisy was a great hostess and was very friendly and welcoming. This Airbnb is a large self contained attic with its own access. Rarely have we stayed in such a well stocked place with plenty of glasses, crockery and utensils and gadgets. Since we were on a 5 week tour of France we were very pleased to have the use of a washer and drying rack. Felisy left milk, butter, orange juice and Jams in the fridge, get your own bread or croissants. Felisy very kindly gave us six eggs which we enjoyed in an omelette. Thank you Felisy and Felix we hope to return when next in the area.

Great location. Amazing view! Quiet surroundings and neighborhood. Easy walk to the village and waterfront. Fun restaurants to walk to. Great hiking and biking in the area.

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.
