Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Vézénobres

Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

Valérie’s place is quiet oasis in a great location for exploring the local region. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay and the local village has some great restaurants.

The house is in a beautiful setting in a beautiful part of the world. There are many superb walks you can do from the house and many more a short drive away. Everything is as described and worked without problems. Very well equipped. Pascale answered any questions promptly and provided excellent local information. If this is your sort of country the house is thoroughly recommended.

We had a wonderful weekend at your accommodation. A small haven of peace, where time flows to the rhythm of the surrounding nature! The cottage is made mainly of wood, which gives it incredible charm! We are bathed in the Gardon river located just a few kilometers from the cottage where many spots are available! Family with a child and a baby, we stayed 5 nights at Nickie's house. We had a lovely stay. The house was clean and particularly well equipped. We also enjoyed the exteriors and especially the private beach a few minutes walk from the accommodation. The baby amenities were great. The view from the house is great. There are plenty of hikes to do nearby. Off season, plan a few groceries and/or cash. We particularly enjoyed the village market of Sainte Croix Vallée Française (on Nickie's advice). We warmly recommend this accommodation and a big thank you to Nickie and Yves for their little touches, trust and hospitality!

this house hidden in nature is the ideal place for nature and peace seekers. it is big enough for a large group without neighbors to hear or see any thing. a real recommendation in the hills of france

very nice people with love and respect for nature that is reflected in everything. wonderful garden. we felt at home and very welcome. the way up was a challenge for us, but it was doable.

We had a great stay, the setting is beautiful with a beautiful view and tranquility, the accommodation is perfect and well decorated, we enjoyed the plancha of the hot tub and pool. the host is super responsive to any requests. i highly recommend this place.

Great stay at Mickaël's! The house is quiet, well-equipped and perfect for relaxing. The indoor pool is a real plus, and the many recreational facilities allow you to fully enjoy yourself with friends. You can feel Mickaël's passion for music, and it adds a nice atmosphere. Alison and Costas are a dream team. Excellent hosts with a beautiful chateau for you to enjoy. Aline is great too. You’ll have a wonderful and relaxing stay. Great food and activity recommendations in the booklet. Be sure to visit all the markets you can, and try and eat at Le Flores- which was the perfect lazy lunch venue.

A perfect stay in a peaceful setting. The accommodation is well-equipped, functional, very clean and nicely decorated. The small terrace is charming, and the view is very nice! The common outdoor area (terrace and pool) invites you to relax. Dominique is very responsive, available while remaining discreet. It's a chance to have the opportunity to enjoy such a dog-friendly accommodation! We highly recommend this property!

Good communication with Elisa and Alexandre and the apartment is really quiet, with a small garden and all amenities (air conditioning, washing machine, tv...) for 2 people. Our doggie was also able to enjoy the garden which is a real plus. Our week was hectic but I was always able to have our hosts by phone or text. Just provide a duplicate of the keys in case you forget:) I'm thinking about coming back if I'm still around!

Everything went very well, a very quiet chalet, in the middle of nature. I recommend it without a problem

A little corner of paradise, quiet and relaxing surrounded by forest and birdsong. The shed is simple and clean, with everything you need for a week and a nice terrace (table, chairs, deckchairs and electric barbecue). Dominique was a discreet host, a very pleasant presence and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this little paradise. Access to the pool was a plus, especially during very hot late afternoons.

Marie and Sébastien are friendly and very welcoming hosts who did everything to make us feel comfortable. The accommodation is spacious and tastefully decorated, the garden and pool are surrounded by beautiful old trees. We'll be happy to go back!
