Luxury cottage in an old renovated tobacco dryer. It's a mix of tradition and modernity. It is located in a 5 Ha walnut grove in La Roque Gageac 5 minutes from Domme, Beynac, Castelnaud, Sarlat and 30 minutes from Lascaux. 1.5 km from all shops. Quiet and green place. You can taste our local products in our farmhouse inn which is located 60 meters from the cottage. You have access to a shared heated pool of 11.5m by 5.5m and a pétanque court.

The place is ideal for a couple and to easily access the must-see local sites of our Périgord Noir 🙂 The room has two very pleasant small balconies. ⚠️ Street traffic and single glazed rooms ( this is not a house in the countryside ^^ )

Traditional 400 year old stone house of the Perigord, which has been extended to create a beautiful bed and breakfast. The property sits in its 2.5 hector grounds with terraces, patios, gardens two walnut orchards and woodlands. All sitting 30 metres up on the banks of the river dordogne. The area is one of great natural beauty and is a protected zone.
