Everything (bars, shops, restaurants, station, ferry, beach) are close, within 500 meters, 8 minutes on foot. THE HOUSE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THOSE WITH WALKING PROBLEMS AS THERE ARE MANY STEPS. The house has no parking, finding parking in Varenna is complicated, it is advisable to arrive by train.

I highly recommend renting a car. Apartment with a panoramic terrace that directly overlooks Lake Como and allows you to admire wonderful sunsets. You'll find free parking on the road, just 100 meters away. The apartment is located in the charming upper area of Fiumelatte (Pino). It is 2.5 km from the center of Varenna. It is strategically located: from the windows we can admire the spectacular village of Bellagio. I recommend a car to get around on your own.
