A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Holiday Cottage in the heart of the Perche (10 min from Bellême and 50 min from Le Mans) for up to 5 people The accommodation is located on the first floor of an old outbuilding and consists of a large living room, a dining room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The house is open to a garden where you can relax, enjoy the calm of the percheron countryside and admire our vegetable garden. Looking forward to welcoming you to our haven!

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

We offer this small cottage in the heart of the Reno Forest. All comforts, cocooning and quiet, for a couple and a child. Enjoy the joys of the fireplace or stroll in the heart of nature. Discover our region on foot, by bike thanks to the many paths that surround us, but also on horseback because we can also accommodate it! 4 boxes, an arena and almost direct access to the forest are major assets of our Site! Pavilion in a subdivision 1 min walk from a crossroads, 5 min from the bakery and the city center, 15 min drive from La Ferté-Bernard and 40 min from Le Mans. The number of rooms will be open depending on the number of guests. Example: 1 bedroom = 1 guest. For 2 bedrooms = 3 guests and 3 bedrooms = 5 guests. The beds will be made upon arrival, but don't forget your towels. I ask for a supplement of €10/person to have towels.
