Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Victoria

Thank you Heidi for an amazing stay. From the very first enquiry to checkout your communication and help was amazing. Really appreciate the guidance in advance on checkin and checkout to ensure everything was seamless and hassle free. The accomodation was spectacular and exactly as described and pictured, more than expected. Amenities both within the apartment and the facility were fantastic. The induction with concierge on checkin was such a great experience and all the staff were so accomodating. Central and a short walk to so many must do’s including Luna Park, St Kilda Pier, Fitzroy and Acland Streets, The Esplanade… the list is endless. Highly recommend.

A beautiful haven in central Canberra. Daniel was very clear with his instructions to access the place without which would have been tricky. The apartment had everything needed with generous provisions . Bed was comfortable and breakfast in the little balcony was a delight. Very quiet when all the doors are closed. We walked to many of Canberra attractions from here and hitting the main highway to drive further was a breeze. Added surprise was being able to visit the cinema downstairs in the Ovolo complex.

Great location and easy access to the apartment. Host was accommodating for high chair and cot (portable cot only so no padding/comforter). Apartment a little tight on space but very tidy and clean

I felt very much at home in the apartment. It was very well appointed and comfortable. There is a beautiful view over Black Mountain. Everything was perfect and I would very much welcome the opportunity to stay there again at some point.

Great apartment, beautiful furnishings, convenient location. Pool, spa and gym were great. The only tiny issue, to be picky, was concierge check in was a little restrictive and only communicated day prior to arrival, but we made it work. Had a great stay.

The apartment was very clean and well-equipped, with an amazing view and a great location. The host was kind, responsive, and very easy to communicate with. The gym and pool were excellent and really added to the experience. Highly recommended – a wonderful stay overall!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Home was spacious and the kitchen had everything you need for a home away from home experience. The Host was very pleasant to deal with and always responsive. It’s a great location and we would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here while attending a funeral and it was a perfect peaceful location. Cinema room a massive plus. Everything was clean and tidy and beds very comfy. Any questions we had were answered quickly and clear instruction on how to use certain things in the home. Had a lovely relaxing 5 days and will definitely be back when in the area. The house was beautiful, and the host was wonderful. The only issue was that the heater wasn’t working properly, and the house was quite cold because of the weather. The heater was making a strange loud noise, and there were no rubbish bags available, but we got some from the supermarket. The host might not have been aware of these issues, but we managed. The hot tub was very nice and warm. The host responded quickly to our messages. I would highly recommend this place!

This was our second stay at Renat’s place. We travelled for a wedding and due to a Cyclone had to arrive earlier than expected. Renat was open to us rearranging our stay dates although we ended up staying with family. Renat is very friendly and responsive. His communication was excellent. Renat offered many helpful suggestions for our stay and was very flexible. The house was clean and comfortable with clear instructions and all the amenities you’d expect and need.

Leanne is a great host, very helpful. House was perfectly positioned and extremely clean. Highly recommend & would be happy to stay there again.

Ben was very friendly and responsive to all my queries. His place was amazing and comfortable to fit my big group of 8 Adults and 3 children. We especially had a great time bonding over playing pool. It was also near the Penguin Parade which we had signed up for. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Beautiful cosy property with excellent views. The host provided all the information we needed. The property is pet friendly and they've got an enclosed space for pets as well. The beds were very comfortable and all bedrooms got beautiful views. Easy to enjoy sunsets from the bedrooms or living areas of the house. Overall, we absolutely loved our time here and would stay again.

Wonderful stay at Sam’s apartment over the weekend of the AO Tennis. Easy walking distance. Good restaurants on South Bank. Tram stops and station close by for exploring other areas of Melbourne. Spacious rooms, with ample room for 4 adults. Pool was refreshing after long days. Would gladly stay here again!

It was a great apartment and the instructions you provided were excellent. The location was good and it was quiet and the other tenants were friendly. Would definitely recommend the apartment if someone was wanting a quiet relaxing break.

The apartment is amazing, it’s right in the heart of Melbourne so you can get around by walking but if you’re not a walker then there is multitude tram stops nearby. Also Matt is a wonderful host who was very helpful and responsive. For anyone coming to Melbourne I would recommend staying here

What a fantastic stay! Mimi was a great host, who communicated clearly and promptly. The place was so clean especially the bathroom and the bed linen. The apartment was so central and close to many great places in the city. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay central in the city. I would stay there again for sure! YiXiao was an amazing host and my friends and I had a wonderful stay at the Airbnb. It’s spacious, close to restaurants and public transport, and everything is within walking distance. She was a wonderful host and I’d love to book again when staying in Melbourne.

Aman is a great landlord, he always quick reply to the message. It's really helpful for us to make next plan. Sorry for him about the midnight check-in. However, he's still let us get the key ASAP. Apricate him.

I will definitely be booking this apartment again. The host was extremely helpful and made the stay much more enjoyable with their ease of communication. The location is amazing with lots of restaurants down stairs and a quick 5 minute walk to Southern Cross station. The apartment was clean and had a really good view of Docklands and it was high enough that it was quiet and you could rarely hear noises from outside.

Great location that is convient location to the city but also far away enough for peace and quiet with beautiful peaceful surroundings. Hosts were very responsive and very informative. We would definitely stay again.
