The environment is well located, close to the beach, you can walk there easily. The space itself is great, everything is very tidy and tasteful. Excellent for those who want to enjoy a few days in the city! And Marcio is always available for questions and to assist the guest. I highly recommend it!

I've stayed with these hosts before, and as always, everything flowed super well. The communication is easy, they are attentive and the check-in/out is autonomous, which speeds up a lot. The house is well organized, cozy, equipped and air-conditioned in all the rooms (plus point). A point of attention: The neighborhood is known as “favelinha do Ibes” and is reputed to be dangerous. During the day it is quieter, but avoid arriving late at night. Township Improvement Suggestions: put blackout curtain on the bedrooms (even the light on the pole hinders those with light sensitivity) and the double bed mattress is uncomfortable. By contrast, single beds and auxiliaries are super comfortable! Overall, it was a good stay.

Dona Maria as we kindly call it was a great host, at all times requests and attentive. We received , presented to us the place, everything, all the instructions passed in a very clear way. Gnt left the gnt at will even as if at home. The environment is wonderful and corresponds exactly with the described, with easy access both by bus and by car, quiet and family neighborhood. All is well signaled in the environment which made it very easy. We love it and we will definitely be back soon !

Good evening, House with excellent location, quiet neighborhood, has a bakery nearby, playground for children with playground. Comfortable house, all clean, very solicitous hostess... As feedback, perform maintenance on the door locks, to have more privacy, after bathing for example, otherwise, everything was perfect.

Wonderful accommodation. Amazing and impeccable apartment, super clean, fragrant and extremely beautiful!! A real charm. Super cozy! I was delighted. Exactly as in the photos, on the beach. The Hostess was also super helpful, polite and responded quickly to answer our questions. When I return, I will definitely stay in the same apartment and with the same host.

The Chris site is a separate experience. Outside the beautiful city, which she gives several tips of restaurants and places to know, the ap is super comfortable, with a well thought out and careful decoration. The kitchen is well equipped. Great location, it is possible to do everything on foot (supermarkets, pharmacy, beach, shopping, restaurants), but also has a bike rental station in the square opposite, in addition to the electric scooters of JET. Christiane has always been on standby to help with anything and is super dedicated and professional. I loved the stay.

10/10 I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Vila Velha, an impeccably clean, well-decorated apartment, modern, beautiful view, there is a little market inside the building if you don't want to go to the market… worth every penny. Perfect! I have no words to describe how beautiful the apartment is, good location, close to everything. When we arrived it was extremely clean and cozy, the apartment has all the items we need for everyday life, and everything is well-preserved, the view is stunning, the garage is spacious and in a great, covered, nice place, the host was very polite, answered all questions, super attentive, explained the rules, and responded super fast. I recommend it to everyone, it is very worthwhile, words are not able to describe how happy and grateful we were for having made the right choice.

Great place to stay if you are looking to stay on the beach. Close to many restaurants, tourist sightseeing and the airport. Owner is very responsive and will answer any questions before and during the stay. Wonderful experience!

Perfect, it exceeded our expectations! Great location, with easy access to the beaches and in a quiet region. The apartment is very nice, with impeccable cleaning and special care in every detail. We were very well received by the host, who explained everything about how the space works. We were still surprised by a mimo: a basket with fruit as a welcome. An excellent experience!

Sr Marcos has a great space! Comfortable Mto, close to everything. Attentive Mto providing support for questions and great indications of places!! Clean place with a great bed and cotton sheets 🙏🏼 The only detail that is not even a bad thing but in my view it bothered me a little, it was the protection screen that hinders the view and prevents from appreciating such a blz... Super I indicate the space.

Perfect stay! The place was clean and organized, with great places to visit around. Safety and silence were a bonus, Julia was excellent in everything and the sound of the waves was the best sleeping companion. Everything was wonderful! I recommend it!

All by listing. Great apartment, with good size, very clean. The perfect location, especially for those who go to UFES. Very safe building, with cameras in the corridors. Very good communication with Teresa, who gave clear instructions about everything and was available to answer any questions.

Brywian is very helpful and friendly. We received very well. We loved the stay, location, everything close and even a beautiful boardwalk to walk and relax. Top apartment, everything tidy, fragrant. I felt at home.

I booked Ana Paula's place for the weekend as I was visiting Vila Velha for a wedding. The apartment is beautiful and spotless, just like the photos. I loved waking up in the morning and seeing the beach. There were also restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby so very convenient. Communication and instructions prior to arrival were also great. I would highly recommend Ana Paula's place and would stay again if I return to Vila Velha.
